SEC-s20w3: Fitness Training ๐Ÿ‘‰ quest for stronger legs

Hello steemian friends, let's continue our fitness training program this Sunday. This week's workout will focus on stronger leg exercises, I'm curious how it will feel. Is this exercise too heavy or very easy for me? let's continue.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ First Movement

The first time I did the movement as you can see in the video above, by lying on the floor then I lifted the body and waist several times using the leg muscles and held it with the back of the shoulders.

When I did this movement I didn't feel anything difficult yet, I thought it was still very easy to do. I can probably do this until I get bored, about 90 or 100 times.

In my opinion, if this movement is done frequently, in addition to providing strength to the leg muscles, it can also provide benefits for reducing belly fat.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ Second movement

Next I did the squat as you can see in the video above, I set up a stance with my right foot in the front position and my left foot in the back position, then I squatted for a few times. Then I change the position of my legs, and I squat again a few times.

Squatting in the position as I did in the video above made me feel heavier pressure on the knees, after doing this movement I realized that my knees felt heavier.

I don't think this move is too difficult, but it does put pressure on the leg and knee muscles. because it's easy I can probably do this move 50 or 70 times.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ Third movement

The next movement I did was to climb up the chair with my right foot, then my left foot did a half kick, then I changed my footing with my left foot and my right foot did a half kick. This was done alternately to benefit both leg muscles.

When doing this movement I was worried because I suspected that the chair might suddenly shift and cause me to fall, so I was very careful. After a few times doing this move I could feel that it was a little more difficult than the other moves.

Why is it more difficult, because this move requires standing on one leg, it also requires balance to avoid falling. Because this movement is a little more difficult, maybe I can do it 40 times.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ The fourth movement

As you can see in the video above, then I did the tiptoe movement, when I tiptoe both feet on the floor it is not too difficult, but when I put my feet on the chair it is a little more difficult, besides that it also requires strength and balance. I also felt that my leg muscles felt heavier when doing this movement.

If I was on the floor, I could probably do it 100 times, but if I was on a chair, I could probably only do it 50 times.

๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿน Eat and drink healthy every day

Healthy foods and drinks that I often consume.

I also continue to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle, by eating more vegetables and fruits. I'm also avoiding more oily foods as I'm also worried about my cholesterol going up.

Usually every morning I eat chicken porridge, not a lot of vegetables and meat which is good for health, if I don't eat porridge then I replace it with eating fruit or green bean porridge.

In addition, every three days I always drink young coconut water, this aims to increase energy and maintain health.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ Conclusion

Overall, this week's leg-focused fitness workout wasn't too difficult, but I could feel the pressure on my leg and knee muscles. Hopefully, by doing this exercise more often, I can get greater benefits in the future.

In addition, I hope that the following week I will be able to enjoy a more strenuous workout that has a greater impact on the leg muscles. I think the abdominal fat burning workout is more strenuous than this week's workout.
