SEC-s20w2: Fitness Training ๐Ÿ‘‰ Abs Attack

Hello dear steemian friends, after following fitness training in the first week let's continue fitness training in the second week. This week our workout focuses on burning belly fat, a very important exercise for my body to reduce my bulging belly.

I have read through the course materials and am slowly starting to follow along at home. Looking at the entire program this week, I'm pretty sure that if it's continuous and sustained, it's very beneficial for burning body fat.

I also realized that exercise can be done at home and anywhere, as long as we have the willpower to do it.

Before doing all the fitness exercises, I started with cardio as we did in the first week, since cardio is also very important so it should not be left out before doing the rest of the exercise program. For those of you who want to see the cardio exercise program that I have done in the previous week, read the post beside this.


Planks

Next, we will do Planks, how to do it lying on your stomach then lift your body with both hands and toes so that the body position becomes higher.

There are two kinds of plank, there is a full plank and there is a half plank, in the video above you can see that I did a half plank position at the beginning of the video, then I moved my body towards the left and right so that there was a strong pull on the abdomen or abdominal muscles. But I also wonder if doing routine exercises like this can make my bulging belly become sixpack?

Then I did a full plank, supposedly when doing a full plank it is enough to hold your body using both palms, but I wanted to train my arm muscles so I did a full plank by clenching both hands.

If you ask me, how long can I hold this plank for? Currently I can only do it for 5 - 7 minutes, maybe in the future I will try to improve it so that I can last longer.

Seat Ups

The next exercise was Seat Ups, I used a bottle of syrup at home to add weight, then I did Seat Ups as given in the example in this course. When I was 20 years old, I used to exercise regularly and I used to be able to do this move 50-60 times, but now because of the big balloon attached to my stomach, I can only do it 20 times.

Russian Twists

The next move is Russian Twists, a side abdominal twist. It was my first time trying this move, although it looked like a hostage trying to escape, hehe. But after I did the second one by holding the bottle I started to feel a little difference in my abdominal muscles. This move is not too hard to do, after doing this move 40-50 times I took a break.

Kick

Next I did the scissor kick, sky kick, and wind walk. These movements are also very easy to do, but the hardest thing when I do the movement of lifting both legs to form an angle of 35 degrees, I can't even hold my legs in that position for 10 seconds, can mom @ngoenyi last more than 1 minute?

Have you ever heard of the words Woman Commando? 1 minute is a fly for someone that commands time with strength. The least she can hold her legs from what I've seen so far is 5 minutes if not mistaken.

If you can do stay in this position for 4 minutes, you're a guru like her then
