One of the reasons I was compelled to join this program was because I hadn't exercised regularly for the past five months. Also, every time I met some friends, they told me that I was getting fat! Although I wasn't sure what they were talking about.

To be honest, I'm also very lazy about exercising, but in the skinny @ngoenyi said that, "You may not like exercising, but challenge yourself to do it, and see the results over time." Those words encouraged me, so I want to fight my laziness and see how it goes after joining this program.

The sporting activity that I often do is playing badminton which is scheduled once a week. But as I said at the beginning, for the last five months I no longer do it regularly, because I am busy with various work activities. So until now I no longer routinely do sports activities.


9. What time of day is it suitable for you to exercise?

In the morning until noon I am busy with work, while in the afternoon I spend a lot of time at home to continue some work, and if I don't have work to do I usually go to bed to rest. So the most suitable time for me to do sports activities is at night precisely at 20:30 WIB.

I realize that my body is getting fatter, 5 months ago I still remember that my weight was only around 68 kg.

But recently I weighed myself and I was surprised by the results, now my weight has reached 71 kg. So my goal with this training is to lose weight and live a healthier life.

I used the BMI calculator website
to find out if my weight is ideal, I entered the necessary data such as height, weight and gender. The result of the BMI calculation showed a score of 26.1 which means I am overweight or obese.

I couldn't remember all the moves given, so I tried to do some of the ones I could remember while watching the course.

That's right, challenging yourself is a very tough test. Let's join this exercise, I wonder how your activities are? Have you found the right time to exercise?
