Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah, I hope everyone is well, I am also well by the grace of Alhamdulillah. I will now write a few words related to the topic of this contest. As much as I have an idea about the subject, I will try to give the maximum. I hope everyone will like this post and my expression. So let's get started without delay.

Both seminar and training are used as learning content, but some differences and some similarities between the two subjects are presented below:-

1) Seminar:-

A seminar is an event held for a very short time, where a specific topic for students, or specific professionals, is discussed. Again, the speaker is determined in a specific way. There is a need to have expertise in different subjects. Who will discuss specific categories related to education. One will take responsibility for management. Thus it begins and ends with the prayer of the Creator.

• If one knows about any information, discuss it in the seminar, that is, share information.
• Discussing new ideas or topics, or raising awareness.
• Encourage students to discuss strategies to enhance academic progress.
• And the purpose of teachers is to form students according to the strategy.

2) Training:-

Training means acquiring skills in a particular subject, when someone wants to gain expertise in a particular subject, he has to take training on that specific subject. For example, training as a teacher, training as an employee, training to master computers, etc. Also if I specifically present here what are the main features of training. Then it may be possible to be clear.

• Continuing to try to acquire skills on a specific subject of training.
• Introduction of training by a trainer with full knowledge on any specific subject.
• Arrange experienced trainers for training.
• Emphasize attention to students' facilities during training.
• Repeating repeatedly during training, to see if they have learned.
• And at the end of the training, publish the correct result with the test.

Privilege:-

• Gain experience practically. Which we do practically with a computer or specific topic. This facilitates gaining experience.

• Gain experience on specific topics. For example, the convenience of gaining experience on a particular topic of mine.

• Develop your own skills. Many times we need them to improve our skills even though we know about the subject. Which is beneficial because of this.

Differences:-

• Purpose- Seminars discuss specific topics with specific populations, while training is required to gain expertise in a specific topic.

• Aim: Seminars are usually held for a short period of time and their main goal is to disseminate knowledge, while training is the acquisition of skills in specific tasks.

Mills:-

• Both are educational. Because learning any work is educational. The first reason for this is educational.

• Both are held to learn about specific topics. Again, both were spoken by those speakers. Who conduct seminars and trainings.

The following are the two activities I participate in according to the learning content of the week:-

1) Seminar:-

Discussion about the current situation, trends and future of digital marketing. As far as I know, there are some things we need to think about in the future. So I'm talking about them below.

Activity description:

• The seminar was held on the current situation, trend and future expansion of digital marketing, various marketing experts discussed this topic in the seminar and the participants of the seminar gained knowledge on new topics.

Activity Objectives:-

• Teaching participants through a detailed discussion about digital marketing, and increasing interest in digital marketing. Besides, to teach new strategies to maintain competition in digital marketing in the market.

• Social media marketing.

• Digital marketing.

• Email marketing.

2) Training:-

Develop professional communication skills. This training is a means of training on a specific topic. I have given an important discussion about the details and purpose of his activities on this subject.

Activity Description:-

• In this training workshop, various trainees learn communication skills, writing, public speaking, and communication skills, in which the trainees get the opportunity to train in a practical way. You also get the opportunity to train in different designs, different articles and different graphics designs.

Activity Objective:-

• Participants develop communication skills professionally. Increasing confidence in speaking publicly. More importantly, by making yourself like an external presenter, you become brave in mind and set the purpose and goal of mastering communication techniques with each other.

General design of the seminar:-

1) Timings: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.

2) Activity Structure:-

• Commencement speech from 9:00 a.m.-9:20 a.m.

• 9:20 – 10:40 a.m. Discussion of original content by speaker.

Content:- Current Situation of Artificial Intelligence

• 10:40 a.m. to 11 a.m. for breakfast.

• 11:00 to 11:20 Panel discussion

Topic: – About the security and ethics of artificial intelligence.

• 11:20 to 12:40 Participant Q&A session.

• 12:40 to -2:00 PM Completion and Certificate Issuance.

3) Objective: – To highlight new ideas and challenges about artificial intelligence.

General design of training:-

Title:- Data Analytics Skill Development:-

1) Timeframe: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

2) Program structure: 9:00 a.m. to 9:20 a.m. Explanation of identity and purpose.

• 9:20 to 11:20 Providing basic theories and concepts.

Topic: – Use and importance of Data Analytics.

• Interval from 11:20 to 11:40.

• 11:40 to 1:40 p.m. Practical work.

• Lunch break from 1:40 to 2:30 p.m.

• 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. Group activities.

• Break from 4:00 pm to 4:20 pm.

• 4:20 to 5:10 Result analysis and discussion.

• 5:10 to -5:30 Ends.

3) Objective: – To acquire theoretical and practical skills about data analytics.

I want to attend two seminars or training activities in a day and why they are important to me are mentioned below:-

Activity 1 Seminar: Personal Development Career Skills:-

• Important Reason:– This seminar will teach me personally about developing myself, being confident, acquiring skills to succeed in any work, and having patience, etc., being confident, acquiring skills, being self-reliant, will help me to develop these things. And will have a good impact on my professional personal life.

Activity 2 Training:- New Technology and Software Skill Development:-

• Important Reason:- This training will provide practical knowledge related to technology to the trainees. It will develop at the same time. By using software and tools, and by learning them, I can improve my skills.

Participating in both of these activities will play an important role in my personal and professional life, I will be able to improve myself in my personal life and career.
