As a teacher for more than 12 years already, I can sense that learners were motivated once a teacher has varried of activities. They will be energetic and excited whenever their teacher will give an activity that gives them excitement.

But sometimes, learning is not always pure excitement. Just like life, we encounter lots of hppy moments but Gid will definitely give us a challenge to mold us and to shape us for our own future.

And in school as well, learners must not just enjoy everyday. They must also learn how to face their fear. They must be given a test every now and then.

In our school, we were tasked to give summative examinations every after 2 modules. And every module has sub-topics. But before giving them the test, we hd to see to it that they already understood the topic. But then sometimes, there were really learners whi didnt catch easily the topic especially my subject is one of the major subjects and is difficult to comprehend especially when they were not Mathematically inclined.

We were also tasked to give them a 40 item multiple choice examination. But sometimes, after giving them a multiple choice exam. I will give a follow-up exam that has an identification, problem solving and other type of exam. Because sometimes, if I will just give them multiple choice type, they will not study specially those who were not mathematically inclined because they can just simple encircle the answer. Whereas if they will receive an identification type esp problem solving, they will be motivated to study so that they will have an answer.

On my first section, I will sitdown and make my answer key so that during checking I can give them the correct answer without any doubt. Checking will be done after 1 or 2 days so that those who havent took the exam yet will be given the chance to took it. This is for the reason to avoid any leakage. Students nowadays are already very smart.

Thats my routine every after my 2 modules.
