Agar main bullying ki bat krun to ye Kisi ko Jan buj k tng krny Ka nam Hy jis may insan dusray insan ko harasan KR skta Hy Jo jzbati,zehni tor pr Kiya ja skta Hy or IC Ka Shikar 1 say ziada log BHI ho skty Hain or 1 bnda bhi IC Ka Shikar ho skta Hy!

IC ki bohat sari qismain Hain jis may zuban say tkleef dena, jzbati tor pr tkleef dena or muashry may tkleef dena Hy.Ic k ilawa ye internet k zariye BHI anjam Diya ja skta Hy!

If I talk about bullying then it's an illegal act or behaviour which include to tease someone, to harm someone and to harras someone with your full intentions of harming to others!It can happen individually or collectively means can happen with one person or with group of persons.

Bullying types

• Bullying can be verbal which may include to call someone with insulting, teasing or taunting words.

• Bullying can be physical which include to torture someone physically by pushing or heating as well as by physical intimidation.

• Bullying can be done socially in terms to damage reputation of someone by spreading rumors.

• Bullying can be done through cyber threatening or harassment through any social media platform.

Bullying harmful effects

• Increase in emotional stress.
• Increased anxiety.
• Increased mental health problem.
• Increased introvert behaviour of victim.
• Increased social isolation.

Anti bullying example in Pakistan

If I talk about its example then there is known profit organisation in my country which is famous by its name Aman Telehealth which is launching an anti bullying campaign whose name is Aman k Sath. If I talk about aim of this campaign then it is about raising awareness about bullying as well as providing support who are their victims and promoting overall empathy.

If I talk about strategies that are used by this anti bullying campaign then these are following;

• They are conducting training sessions particularly for teachers, students and parents for spreading education about bullying,it's effects and preventions.
• They are providing counselling services to victims so of bullying.
• They are utilising social media for spreading awareness about bullying.

That's all about bullying and anti bullying real example from Pakistan!

As it's an anti bullying poster so I draw a cross sign at behaviour of bullying what a person is doing with other.

I wrote #OPPOSEBULLYING as main hashtag and my slogan and I also write at end #SafeSociety and #RespectHmanity.

I give blue colour to both persons showing that these are prominent characters here and give green color to sign of cross which is looking creative and in text I filled orange colour.

Here is poster with colours of creativity but finishing touch is remaining.
