Student Building Strategies (PART-2) || Sincerity of Students and Teachers

I warmly salute you all this day, and I hope your various endeavours were successful. Despite the challenges life throws at us, its all a lesson in one way. So I will say life itself is a Teacher and we that life happens to, are the students.
Thanks to you @memamun for making us all share in the part 2 of the Students Building Strategies contest. Without much time taken, lets give answers to the questions asked, but first am inviting @moyeon @mesola @oasiskp to partake in this contest.

• As a teacher, how cordial should you be with your students?

By being friends and having students best interest at heart and always looking out for their wellbeing. Doing this will make the students trust me and also feel loved and care with me. And by so doing, the students won't have a cause to hide anything from me and I will be able to help the students very well.

• If you are not sincere with the students, it can have a bad effect on the life of the students, do you agree as a teacher??

A very big YES.
Being sincere to your students doesn't make you less of yourself as people would see it but rather it make you have and also promote your personality.

Students that have a cordial relationship with their teachers always shapes their life to be like their teachers including their lifestyle and personality. So if a student is cordial with a teacher who's lifestyle and personality is bad, then that's a bad effect created on the student's life. Also if a teacher is not sincere to a student and he/she gets to know, it could cause depression and sometimes suicide because of the confident the students has in their teachers.

• To be a good teacher, do you prefer to be sincere, or do you prefer to be tough? Why did you give ??

I prefer being sincere because in a case where you have an unproductive students, the students needs a sincere teacher and not a tough teacher so as to be able to reach the students heart and properly educate or pass knowledge effectively to the students.

• What are the good and bad effects on students in education if teachers are sincere or strict?

Begin a Teacher is more challenging and demanding, especially if you are a passionate one. knowing that students rely mostly on their teachers, can make teachers become sincere or strict and the effects could be:

Being Sincere (Good effect)

1. The students will have high self-confidence
2. They will be motivated or inspired
3. The learning environment will be conducive.
4. They will be trust and respect.

Bad Effects

1. The will be favouritism
2. Stress of being committed to the students.

Being Strict (Good effects)

1. There will be discipline
2. The students will be responsible
3. It will maintain orderliness in class
4. It will make students prepare for the future.

Bad effects

1. It give the teacher mental stress
2. It reduces students performance and productivity in class.
3. It creates fear in students.
