As a teacher, how cordial should you be with your students?

	Teachers and Students Relationships

As a teacher, I think it is very necessary to be sincere for a student. If a teacher has a decent relationship with his students then the students will feel confident and can easily believe their teacher. Teachers need to achieve harmony when we determining our approach toward students. Because teachers should be friendly but also respectful enough for the students. Students wouldn’t listen to us if a teacher is too friendly. It is important to stay balanced. It is important for me as a teacher how to understand and deal with students problems but we shouldn’t forget to ensure that rules and discipline are being followed.

If you are not sincere with the students, it can have a bad effect on the life of the students, do you agree as a teacher??

Effects of Sincere Teachers

Yes, I agree. Students will develop distrust and lose motivation when me as teacher fail to show sincerity. If students believe that i am not truly concerned for them, this can make one sad and disinterested in learning. This circumstances make students feel unimportant. Students might feel lonely if i teaches their lessons only but has no concern with their feelings. An authentic teacher creates positive effects among his students. This is what keeps them motivated to go further in the right place.

To be a good teacher, do you prefer to be sincere, or do you prefer to be tough? Why did you give ??

Sincere or Tough

I personally don’t like too much tough teacher. I had a very friendly madam fatema in my school life. Still miss her. From my little knowledge being a good teacher entails combining strictness and sincerity. Students may not listen well to me if i am too friendly. Although, too much strictness may sound scary to the students and they may not feel the interest of learning. That is why those two things are important. A teacher who is friendly makes students comfortable, while a strict teacher ensures the discipline for them. At the same time, as a teacher, I would like students to feel free to share their problems with me. Basically when both the things are balanced, students will develop in the right manner and will turn to become good persons.

What are the good and bad effects on students in education if teachers are sincere or strict?

I Prefer Balanced Teacher

From my experience of my student life I can feel it that students feel safe and confident when a teacher is loving and sincere. The students feel safe enough to express their difficulties because they also gain pleasure from teachers. It gives a good and positive classroom setting. However, students tend to take things easy if a teacher is overly friendly and they do not respect them enough.

On the other hand, if the teacher is too strict then the students will learn discipline and are far more serious about studies. Too much strictness can frighten and sadden them. They may be too afraid to talk problem area. This may make them lose their interest in learning.

Therefore, i think a teacher must be friendly and strict at that time. It sets the balance of an easy learning and helps students become better and more confident people.
