INTRODUCTION

I hon my greetings to the most awesome and beautiful friends of steemit. How are you all doing in your various localities? hopefully you are all in a good health and better condition. I stand here by the grace of God to wish each and everyone of us the blessings, grace, Mercy, wisdom and e. t .c of God in our life Amen

Here I am today participating in one most amazing contest organized by @miftahulrizky in one of the most amazing and helpful community name Teachers & Students community. Title of the awesome contest, SLC | S21W1: Developing a Learning Contract. Before I proceed, I will like to use this great privilege to appreciate @miftahulrizky for hosting this contest.

A little understanding on developing, learning, and contract before going forward

DEVELOPING

Developing is the process of growing and becoming more mature advenced.

LEARNING

Learning Is the process of acquiring new understanding knowledge, behavior, skills, values, attitude and preference.

CONTRACT

Contract is the process of building agreement the is enforceable by law

✅ Can you explain what obstacles a teacher may face in the classroom learning process? (2 Points)

As the word reflect obstacles, these refer to something that interfere with prevent, action or progress. However, being a teacher is not and easy job or a day job. Being a teacher in a classroom or any place there are many obstacles I will face

During my national diploma program, I have an English lecturer name Mr. Aza, these man was a well discipline person during his lecture, before asking him a question in a classroom you have to make sure your English is in order or he will not respond to you

On this faithful day during his lecture in the classroom he made a mistake in pronouncing a word saying fen instead of pen and suddenly all the students mock at he saying, I T K meaning I to know too much for you. Surprisely he got agree and left the classroom without saying anything, there are many obstacles a teacher may face in a classrooms also noice is involve and many of them.

✅ What do you think is the importance of learning contracts and how have learning contracts helped your teaching process so far? (2.5 points)

Just like the example I gave over our English lecture wish he make the life common without priority the mocking might not happen at that time but it happened because of the priority he took for himself.

Due to my understanding what I think as the important of learning contracts are as follows

What I think as the important of learning contract, it can enhanced student motivation and engagement, it Improved self-assessment and reflection skills, it Increase teacher student communication and feedback

✅ What important components should be included in a learning contract and explain why they are helpful to you? (2.5 Points)

Actually to me, what i think is important to be include in a learning contract is penitent. Why? Reason is this, In life gerenally anybody that can't control he or she tempe it will not be easy for that person to control peoples because of the tempe he or she is having.

✅ What are your strategies for ensuring student compliance with the learning contract and how have the consequences worked so far, or do you have other ways of organizing the learning activities to remain effective? (2 points)

I life people are of different types, therefore, in this stage to me I think these has to do with two good things

1.One need to be simple and discipline at the same time

2. One need to be Rudol and be discipline sometimes. Reason is these people are of different stages, some can be control with the first option while some will not expect the second. So it is left for a human being to study the type people he or she is with be deciding on something.

In conclusion, Learning Contract is very important in any learning stage it easier and make the life of the learnal and the teacher easier, where things will be easier for the learnal to understanding and also easier for the teacher to impact to learnal.
