Starting by wishing good health to all steemit friends. Off for the third week to participate in a new engagement challenge. The theme of the Engagement Challenge is "SLC | S22W3 : Teacher Self-Assessment Using SWOT Analysis Techniques". So let's get started.

What is your opinion after understanding the topics given in this course on teacher self-evaluation using SWOT analysis technique?

swot management is a person. always means the good side of that person. my opinion is given understanding of teacher's conference matter. A teacher should always walk by his virtues. Through planning helps to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats related to his educational business project. SWOT technique is a good aspect of all evaluation of a teacher. So I think swot is very important for a teacher in a teacher's lifestyle.

Energy:

Energy which is very beneficial for teacher's intellect. If the head of a teacher does not have the power of intelligence, then the teacher will never be able to provide good education. So before we become a teacher, we must have our own intellectual power. Because if we cannot apply intellectual power, then students will never be able to achieve good results in education from a teacher. So we must have intellectual power in every person. In the case of teachers, intellectual power is more needed. Because a teacher always teaches students to acquire education by applying intellectual power to achieve results. So I think the intellectual power of the teacher is needed more than us.

Weakness:

If a teacher's subject feels weak then the learning talent will never develop.
I have seen many such teachers. Those who feel weak while studying. For example, we had a sir in our school. That sir always did not care about our studies. And we ourselves were not focused on studies at that time. In that case we could not get good results. Only because of not getting a good teacher. I think that the life plan of the students develops on the teacher. So now I want to say that the teacher must always be able to teach successfully.

Opportunities:

Our country is now a digital country so we can develop talent through opportunities. And every one of our children has a smart phone. This opportunity is very important for us. The reason is that through smartphones we can collect various questions. And we can avoid small obstacles by having different types of communication by phone. I think we don't have much difficulty in education because of the various types of technology in the digital age.

Threats:

In our education we face threats from various teachers. Like my school there was an incident. My girlfriend won first place. But our school has a committee. The girl was not brilliant though. Even though my girlfriend got first, our teacher made my first place girlfriend second. Forced my teacher to make the committee's daughter achieve first. Many teachers are victims. I think every teacher is threatened for one reason or another.

Evaluate your teaching activities so far using the SWOT analysis technique, identifying as many of your strengths and weaknesses as possible? 3 points

my strength

1: Intellectual power is necessary for everyone. As much intellectual energy as I have, while teaching a student, I will always take care to make him study as calmly as possible. And we must follow rules while teaching reading to young children. And students should be taught reading gently when they first hold a pen and think that they are children. They should always be taught and understood slowly.
2 We have to follow some more rules to take
When a child is admitted to schools and madrassas. Sometimes a child should be educated with care and affection and love like parents.
A child should never be verbally abused. Because a teacher develops his entire plan and attitude
Small children are like wax. The way I keep and teach them how they will learn, if I am harsh with them the children will be harsh. So every teacher should keep his head cool and educate the children.
I teach them in a simple way about some technological uses in today's digital age. By being friendly with them I find out their weaknesses and teach them. I teach online in a simple way to those who have no idea about the digital age.

My weakness:

I can't afford to spend a little more time with the kids. That's because children do more mischief along with education. And sometimes more focused on sports. Then there are some kids who prefer to skip studies which I don't like at all. However, I spend a little more time watching the kids around.
I noticed that if there are 20 students in a class. 30 people are not the same. And it will take me a little longer to make them more brilliant than brilliant. It is very difficult for me and requires a lot of time which I feel is my weakness.
Another thing is that we have to make students study according to the hours. And the bell gets wet. I try to teach as many students as I need to read in an hour. Sometimes it takes a little more than an hour to explain to my kids, in which case the kids have a little trouble understanding. I think each individual's talent is easy for some to understand and difficult for others to understand.

Evaluate your education program so far using the SWOT analysis technique, identifying as many opportunities and threats as possible? 3 points

At present our online facilities have increased sufficiently. So we can improve ourselves in the field of education through various sources online. Online is a great opportunity in our life.
Attending teacher training center at least once a year. A teacher mastering various trainings in teacher training centers.and managing teachers. Our schools and campuses elect all new Sirs and Madams year after year. And our school provides various facilities like sports competitions. and tiffin time at noon and selecting the prize once a year. We used to participate in various sports and get good results and get rewarded.
Our school also provided various opportunities like annual school picnics and organizing sports and biryani during January book distribution after anniversaries. These memories are still fondly remembered. Our school offers various opportunities that we don't get from other schools.

threat

There are different people in our country and there are some people who show threatening behavior in the examination center. To my knowledge I have seen threatening behavior with my sirs. In cases where the parents were elected from our school, the one who went forward in the election was called the committee from our school. That man turns his daughter from second to first. Which was very sad for us. Sirs and madams never expected this threat. So I think there is no teacher who accepts such threats, but there are definitely teachers who are victims of different types of threats.
Another thing is that threats in our country are different. But those who have acknowledged the threats at least know. Nowadays, parents threaten children if they are not paying much attention to their studies. So that his children are focused on studies.
Today's children most of the time we see that we are addicted to various drugs instead of focusing on studies. As a result of which his family and the sir madams of the school are definitely threatening and it is for our good.

After using the SWOT analysis technique, what are your future follow-up plans, what are your priorities? 3 points

Various obstacles in providing education to students should be identified and removed. Providing education through technical management in schools. Students should keep good thinking and attitude at all times.
Be gentle at all times. And when a child is not focused on learning, he needs to be pampered. Because a student is never focused on learning from the beginning. So we have to give him study time and attention considering the pros and cons
Another aspect to be noticed is that if a student is not able to perform his meritorious work in any aspect. In that case we will give students 2 hours study time instead of 1 hour and make them focus which is an important task for us as teachers. There are some teachers who can't keep children focused and give very little time. In our case, I would say it takes patience and a little more time to develop human skills to make every student focus.

In essence, a teacher's goal is to implement sot analysis techniques.
