Clay is a type of soil that is used mainly for moulding. It is elastic in nature and that is the more reason why it can be used in moulding very easily.

It properties however makes it not really good for plant to survive and remain healthy.

I remember how I used it in my school days to make mortar and pestle, pot, plates and other object as part of my school assignment.

Some people also use it as building materials to build and design their houses and it always look very beautiful.

It can as well be used in making pot, plate spoon, flower vase and a lot more.

Clay has played a very important role in moulding for decades even before I was born. I still remember those days when I visited my grandma as a little girl.

I use to enjoy looking at the way she expertly use Clay to do flooring of her varendah, it normally made the floor look very shiny and smooth.

And sometimes because of the smell which I like so much, I sneak to taste small and to be frank it didn't taste bad.

It was a nice experience even though it wasn't good for health, but as a child I never knew anything about that.

And one day when I was caught, I received the right discipline that made me never to think of tasting it again.

Clay has really been a very important type of soil that can be used for numerous purposes especially in the field of pottery.

And anytime I see Clay I view it as more than just soil but a composite work of art.
