Steemit Uganda community( List of active and Inactive Steemians) – Updates and developments going on. Date 22/5/2021
I created a new Whatsapp group which now has about 20 participants. The number of active steemit users in Uganda is growing steadily these days. However, many of these newbies really need my support and guidance in their steemit journey. For the next 2 weeks, I want to concentrate on the recruitment, mentorship and guiding of new steemit users in Uganda.

I have been going to universities such as Makerere University, Kyambogo University and Uganda Christian University, purposely to inform students about steemit. I did my part to present the steemit opportunity to them. Some joined, some hesitated in the first place but when they, later on, realized that some of their friends that joined had already made some money which I helped them withdraw; others have also come to me to help them join steemit.
The old steemit users in Uganda have also come back to steemit after realizing the great changes that have happened on steemit courtesy of the new steemit team.
I have created a steemit Community for Ugandans on steemit. It’s called Team Uganda. I will be encouraging all the new recruits to post their articles in this newly formed Uganda Steemit Community.
I am going to organise the first quick meet-up this year with the Steemit users in Uganda who are staying in the Masaka region. They are currently about 10 steemians staying that side of Uganda. I will be travelling there by bus. It's quite a long distance from Kampala to Masaka. It's about a 1:44 minutes drive if the average speed is 77km/hr. I will announce the details to it.
I have delegated some little steem power (15sp) to most of the newly formed steemit accounts in order to help these new users in Uganda, to get started with steemit by resolving the issue of bandwidth problem.
I am also trying to make some phone calls to the inactive steemians to see that they get back to the posting business on steemit.

What is good to know is that you had helped a lot of people in your country to have fun on #steemit at the same time earn a living.
We cannot deny the fact that because of the pandemic a lot of people all over the world are having a hard life not only with regards to health and safety reasons but also financially.
