This is a good idea but if so those who join should have a mentor to keep an eye on them and give a hand (or kick and arse). You have still one being absent since a week. A bit of commumication woukdn't be bad plus knowing if there are personal struggles.
We are aware of this personal struggle. That's why we give time for them to explain themselves if so.
