Depends on what hashtag is prioritized in a specific day. It's not that difficult to find good quality content travel, food or garden related, although many posts are made just of several photos and short note and those usually are not upvoted. It's more challenging to find the content under the #lifestyle or #health hashtags. They are less popular and many Steemians who use them are out of club5050+ program.
My recommendation to everyone: make the publication informative, teach us something, motivate people to read it and to share with others. When someone writes three paragraphs about the beautiful flowers but does not even give the name of the described plant, post is not as valuable as it could be 😉 We are from all around the world - the common knowledge from your region will be inspiring and exotic for somebody who lives 10 000 km from you. The clue is to sneak any knowledge.
But yeah, you don't have the easy job, SC01 - curating truly is challenging! Respect!
We hope community leaders will begin to take on the role of teaching their members how to improve their posts.
There are many shortcomings we see in posts that could be easily fixed.
The naming of flowers is a good example. And also captioning images, proof reading text, standardizing image sizes, removing unnecessary graphics from the bottom of posts, correct capitalization, appropriate use of headings etc etc.
With some effort and guidance it is not difficult for many posts to go from below average to average, from average to good and from good to excellent.
At the #club100 level particularly we are looking for good and excellent posts to reward well. Some days they are in short supply.

With all due respect, Mr. @steemcurator01, there is quality, what there is is not enough support for that quality. For a few days I have been emphasizing the importance of "balanced" curatorship. Good Posts receive only 3 SBD of rewards while a Diary Game earns up to 35 SBD, do you think that's fair? I particularly don't think so.
I hope there is more seriousness in this aspect. The truth of the Diary Game is the cultivation of content that comes after.

But I lose my face a little when talking about #club, Nevertheless, I'm still committed to #club100. You know why? Some of my posts that raise issues about the #club5050 campaign are not even endorsed. Personally, I'm not losing my way. But I can't assure community members that they will consistently improve their club status from #club5050 to #club75 and up to #club100.

Hi! I would also like to answer this question. For the first time, it was extremely difficult for me to choose posts that would meet all the criteria. I even wrote a post about it. But then I gained a little experience and it became much easier for me to do it.
Now @the-gorilla helps me a lot. He wrote a script that generates a list of posts from #club100. The script selects posts that meet certain criteria:
There are many criteria and you can see them under each generated list.
These lists, I'm sure, would make your job easier. @the-gorilla registered an account @curator-helper. Here he publishes these lists.
This is a great example of automation that does not harm the platform. This script does not do anything itself, but only provides a person with material for consideration, which facilitates the work. Thanks to these lists, I select half of the posts that I will later support with SC06 account. I check every post on the list for plagiarism and #club100. The second half of the posts I choose completely by hand.
What if bots come naturally to our posts? For example, We don't delegate to them or pay them, is this not included in the selection criteria, sir? I don't pay or delegate to bots, but curx and friends do vote on some of my posts.
No, don't worry. If you do not delegate or buy votes, create quality posts, communicate with other authors, you will be supported by steemcurator01-08.

Good day @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02. i want to ask a question but before i ask want say this new innovation is an awesome one. But when i went through the type of post that this rebranded Steemcurators are expected to vote, i didn't see anything similar to promotional post. So now my question is who expected to upvote promotional post? I asked because i have gone through so top promoters post and i have not seen any recent quality reward or upvotes from any steemcurator, the second reason i ask is that i did create a Steem promotional community known as steempromoafrica but no support came and i lost most of fellow promoters, but recently i made a withdrawal to support me buy some more promotional materials for promoting steem in a new location but i am scared after walking under the hot sun, spending money, shouting, explaining and talking to people we wouldn't get any reward, to encourage us . I am rebuilding the community even if i don't get rewarded and i hope support reaches all my promoters, because it is not easy to convince people.

Why did you start another Steem Promotion community if you have no means to support it?
Why not just work in PromoSteem?
I actually wanted to focus more on Africa and the community was not just meant for only promotion, it was also meant to bring Africans together. Just like we have "Steem Sea". The community was meant to replace "Steem Africa" and help assist African on steemit. If we're supported we would even go to the level of starting a charity organization for Africans.
At PromoSteem we also have a vision for that. Our community is open globally to all countries. We are also ready to welcome interesting ideas and projects from all teams and members.
