Weekly Report As Steem Representative - [ 15 October - 21 October ]

It is my weekly report as Steem Representative. I will report my activities for the last 7 days in this post.
My Activity In this Week::
- I checked my community posts, commented, guided users, and submitted booming reports for both communities.
- I have curated community-eligible posts with the @steem4bangladesh community account and checked community posts.
- I have given suggestions and guidelines to new community users and made 51 comments including moderation.
- I worked as a Greeter and checked achievement tasks in the newcomer community.
- I reviewed traveling steem community posts and curated posts with the @travelingsteem community account.
Community Activity Update

As a greeter, I've been trying to check posts from new members of the community regularly. Since all the previous rules have been discarded, I've guided newcomers in creating progress reports according to the latest guidelines. Many newcomers don't understand many regulations of the Steemit platform, so I explain various topics to them through messaging on Discord and guide them about the rules.

This Saturday, I attended a newcomer guide class where both new and old users participated. Some new users asked about creating progress reports, and I explained all the criteria for creating progress reports to them. Throughout the session, two experienced moderators from our community highlighted various platform updates and user-post-related issues that we commonly encounter when reviewing user content. The meeting lasted for almost two hours, and I tried to interact with the users as much as possible throughout the session.
Per my schedule, I have completed reviews in the communities I oversee.

My Power Up

This week I power up 39 Steem. From the beginning, I was more interested in power-up. So I power up regularly. Now my current steem power is 64,604.
Post Curation Report
Throughout this week, I have curated 207 posts. I have curated a total of 140 author's posts. I always try to curate the active posts of more users along with the New posts, Native community Posts, and Good Post from different communities so that they are more interested in posting.
