Curation Report by Team 4: April 2024 | Week 1

Here we are with feedback from Week 1!

After the first week of collaboratively curating posts, it's important for us to take some time to reflect on what we did, what went wrong, and where we can improve.

It is only through our feedback that we get to know not only our strengths but also the areas where we need to improve.

It is with great pleasure that we can present you with our "first" report for the month of April 2024.

🧩 Problems encounter:

We had a great start, as we’ve encountered no problems as a team this week. From the first time we got together as a group, it was as if the puzzle pieces just fit together.

We can also happily report that no problems were experienced on the platform or on the curating side.

To reward not only good posts but also good comments

We voted for a total of 19 comments this week. The aim is to increase this with the weeks to come.

Comments that were relevant to the post and of good quality were rewarded at 15%.

^{The reason for selecting this post is because the author explains that getting together is about bringing close relationships closer from a distance, making the work path easier. My selected author @ bossj23 shared with us patterns of get together. By organizing a football match everyone is socialized and every moment is captured by the author on camera which is really attractive for everyone. Football matches, entertaining players, couple pictures are all separately shared by the author in his diary through photography. And at the end of the day he attended a class with Steemians and gave different directions to the participants to improve on this platform.}
