Country Representative Report - Ghana, Week Ending 22/02 - Club75
Greetings Steemit Team,
I am by this post submitting my report for the week covering the time frame of 14th to 20th of February,2022. There are many good things going on to report and i am happy to inform leadership that aside been able to maintain my club75 status i am also keep on helping my community folks maintain their various clubs statuses.
The Week's Activities
Engaging Members with Club5050, Club75 and Club100 Selections posts
As a country representative and community leader for the @steem-ghana community i have the privilege of supporting and also encouraging members to support club5050, club75 and club100 through the daily selection of top 3 posts.
Whiles initially i focused on club5050 for the selection now i have extended it to the other two and although the title still remains the same the scope has been widened and the title may be changed going forward to reflect the necessary changes.
Members who get the opportunity to be highlighted these picks are posts of good quality that also happens to be within the 3 clubs stipulated on the blockchain. These individuals also tend to get variable support from leaders @oppongk, @njaywan and myself and sometimes from @steemcurator01.
Steem-Ghana Curation Support
As one of the three community leaders for the Ghana community i have the privilege using the the community curation account to support members within the community. On a regular basis votes are shared amongst post with good quality with more focus on those within the clubs, 5050, 75 and 100 and those who have delegated to the community account.

Currently the Ghanaian community is growing and our list of club5050, club75 and club100 participants have also increased. The community account is also growing accordingly and is able to give out more support to members. Currently the account stands at an effective power of 22,086.56 SP worth 0.23$ upvote together with that from leaders members are able to gain $1.00 easily.
My Powerup (#club75) for the Week and Personal Curation
Within the week i was able to powerup all my earnings that's a total of 14 steem as can be seen here. I am currently club75 eligible with a total of 197.757 STEEM transferred between 21st December and now and total powerup of 950.993 STEEM between the time of 21st December and now. I look forward to been able to join club100 soon even as i continue to powerup all earnings.

I also use my current effective power of 15,614.60 SP which is worth $0.15 to support members of the community regularly to help them grow and also serve as a motivation for them to be the best they can be on the blockchain. Within the week i was able to issue 69 upvotes to 46 accounts.
Tutorials
Within the week i also wrote a tutorial to help guide members on how the could keep tabs on their club5050, club75 and club100 statuses and the need or importance of them doing so that they may continue to be eligible for the variety of supports available to members within these clubs.
I also started a science section where i educate members on the eye and it's related health care issues etc. It is my own way of contributing to the science tag or science community and so far my work has been appreciated and i look forward to been able to do more to support the steem-ecosystem.
Conclusion
I would like to use this opportunity to say a big thank you to @steemcurator01 and @steemitblog for the support and guide in my work as a country representative. I currently have plans for starting a health and science community somewhere in the near future should i get a positive feedback.
I also look forward to been able to resume my duties as a greeter much better now since i have been able to secure a friend's laptop to work with after my laptop got spoiled about two weeks ago. Thank you
