Greetings to all Steemit friends.
Here we are at the week of 21 to 27 August, you can find the previous week's report HERE.
As always I have tried to be present and active on the platform, both in my community and outside of it, dealing with:
manual curation, leaving comments related to the content of posts or informing users of the various contests organised on the platform in which they can participate, encouraging old and new users to continue sharing their work by leaving a small contribution through my upvote,
of the contests organised in the Italian community together with my friends from the @italygame team,
to moderate the Italian community by interacting with all users, welcoming new ones by helping them to fit in the group, answering questions about the functioning of Steemit and giving support when problems arise,
to distribute the weekly votes of the Booming Support in our community,
to publish my personal posts, as well as reports related to my activities as Steem Rep,
to increase my SP through my weekly Power Up, maintaining my status at club100.

CURATION
In addition to automatically distributing my votes through the Steem-fanbase trail, I also do the manual curation every day within and outside the Italian community, upvoting posts and comments that I think deserve attention.
Below is a table of my votes and comments as of 27th August 2023.
This week, I visited all the users I interacted with during my first month of curation, and out of 22 authors, unfortunately, nearly half are currently inactive on the platform.
I also curated 12 new users who needed to be addressed in the Newcomer Community.

BOOMING SUPPORT
Since February our community has also been selected to receive Booming support, we can distribute 6 #booming votes per day.
From 14 to 20 August 2023, no more than 2 votes per user were distributed, as stipulated by the rules of the Steemit Team and we rewarded posts with content:
- exclusive for Steemit
- original
- quality
- non-offensive
- non-plagiarised
- no use of AI
- no delegation to Voting Bot accounts
- users must not be in Power Down.

POWER UP
Since 115 weeks I have been participating in #welovepowerups, every Monday I publish a post with my Power Up as well as a series of information and updates regarding the platform that I think are useful for users, but also tips on active contests on Steemit and how the clubs work.

Besides me, many other users in the community also participate assiduously in the Power Up, some every week, some once a month, and they are truly a great example of perseverance, to whom I pay my compliments.
MY PUBLICATIONS
I try to be present on the platform and in my community by publishing my posts.
Every week I try to post at least 6 days out of 7.
I also try to come up with useful posts for the users in my community to keep them informed about important issues.

CONTESTS
As far as competitions are concerned, there are 4 active ones in our community which are open to all Steemit users who follow the rules of participation and which I run together with the @italygame team:
- UNFORGETTABLE TRIP in which to recount one's own journey, a trip to some place one really liked.
- THE BEST FOOD POST in which you can range your imagination in the culinary arts, from recipes of your favourite dishes to typical dishes of your country but also what you eat at restaurants in your city.
- THE BEST USER OF THE WEEK in which the community user who has been most active on the platform during the week is rewarded.
- DIGITALY #8 the Official Magazine of the ITALY Community, weekly interviews, games, contests and much more to discover.
In this week as Steem Rep I did my best to contribute to the improvement of the platform, and that is what I will continue to do seriously and consistently in the weeks to come.

Come sempre ho cercato di essere presente e attiva sulla piattaforma, sia nella mia comunità che al di fuori di essa, occupandomi di:
curation manuale, lasciando commenti inerenti al contenuto dei post oppure informando gli utenti dei vari contest organizzati sulla piattaforma a cui poter partecipare, incoraggiando gli utenti vecchi e nuovi a continuare a condividere il loro lavoro lasciando un piccolo contributo attraverso un mio upvote,
dei contest organizzati nella comunità italiana insieme ai miei amici del team di @italygame,
di moderare la comunità italiana interagendo con tutti gli utenti, accogliendo i nuovi aiutandoli ad inserirsi nel gruppo, rispondendo alle domande inerenti al funzionamento di Steemit e dando supporto quando si presentano dei problemi,
di distribuire i voti settimanali del Supporto di Booming nella nostra comunità,
di pubblicare i miei post personali, oltre ai report correlati alle mie attività come Steem Rep,
di aumentare il mio SP attraverso il mio Power Up settimanale, mantenendo il mio status al club100.
CURATION
Oltre a distribuire in modo automatico i miei voti attraverso il trail di Steem-fanbase, mi occupo ogni giorno della curation manuale all'interno e al di fuori della comunità italiana, upvotando i post e i commenti che secondo me meritano attenzione.

Questa settimana ho visitato tutti gli utenti con cui ho interagito durante il mio primo mese di curation e su 22 autori, purtroppo, quasi la metà è attualmente inattiva sulla piattaforma.
Ho anche fatto curation a 12 nuovi utenti che avevano bisogno di essere indirizzati nella Comunità dei Nuovi Arrivati.

Da febbraio anche la nostra comunità è stata selezionata per ricevere il supporto di Booming, possiamo distribuire 6 voti #booming al giorno.
Dal 14 al 20 Agosto 2023 non sono stati distribuiti più di 2 voti ad utente, come previsto dalle regole del Team di Steemit e abbiamo premiato i post con contenuti:
- esclusivi per Steemit,
- originali,
- di qualità,
- non offensivi,
- non plagiati,
- senza uso di I.A.
- nessuna delega ai account Bot di Voto
- gli utenti non devono essere in Power Down.

POWER UP

Per quanto riguarda i concorsi, nella nostra comunità ce sono 3 attivi e aperti a tutti gli utenti di Steemit che seguono le regole di partecipazione e di cui mi occupo insieme al team di @italygame:
- UNFORGETTABLE TRIP in cui raccontare un proprio viaggio, una gita in qualche luogo che è piaciuto molto.
- THE BEST FOOD POST in cui spaziare con la fantasia nell'arte culinaria, dalle ricette dei piatti che preferite cucinare, ai piatti tipici del proprio paese ma anche quello che si mangia ai ristoranti della propria città.
- THE BEST USER OF THE WEEK in cui viene premiato l'utente della comunità che durante la settimana si è distinto per essere stato molto attivo sulla piattaforma.
- DIGITALY #8 il Magazine Ufficiale della Comunità Italiana, interviste settimanali, giochi, concorsi e molto altro da scoprire.
In questa settimana da Steem Rep ho cercato di fare del mio meglio per dare il mio contributo alla piattaforma, ed è quello che continuerò a fare seriamente e con costanza nelle settimane che verranno.

As for the comments, I would really like to do more, but I don't always manage to dedicate enough time to them. But I try to maintain this average. 🤞😅😊
