TEAM 1 : Curation Guidelines for October 2024

Many thanks to the Steemit team for selecting me and two other members as curators in Team-1. October is approaching in the blink of an eye. I will try something new with the curation team in this new month, inshallah. I'd like to thank the Steemit team again, who gave me the biggest confidence in my life to personally carry out the curation work. I know it is not easy but we will do it with full responsibility and professionalism. The curator team will actively work to improve the quality of Steemit's community and promote creative content. We will be fully committed and transparent in doing what is necessary with the best interests of Steemit in mind.
Generally our goal as community curators is to appreciate and value quality content reaching every corner of Steemit. We humbly request all our friends to share your best work with us. The posts that will be supported by Team 1 through the steemcurator0X account are creativity, innovation and education. This is an effort to encourage diversity and improve the quality of content on this platform.
We have formed a team from Bangladesh, Cameroon and Venezuela. Representing three different continents and regions with different specialties. I have mentioned the details below. Also if you are interested you can know more details about us through our Application post.

All posts must be free from theft and using images, they must be your own or copyright-free with proper source attribution.
Club status is an important consideration for getting support, but users who are not members of Club Status will also get a share of support if they are of high quality and quality.
We will consider strictly AI-generated content, which is a high level of abuse. (We will check posts with detectors).
Users should be free from bot votes and theft.
Using original picture/copyright-free images.
The post must be #steemexclusive.
Not doing power down.
The length of each post should be at least 300 words. Exceptions can be made for exceptional posts of lesser words if we meet our quality standards.
We are willing to reach out to all existing posts both in the community and the blog posts. I think this will encourage the perception of support distribution for a good and even quality posts. We will make a comment on the post curated with the team member's name.
We will vote with steemcurator03 account and manage the voting power.
The amount of upvotes will be affected by the quality of the content. Percentage will be between 30% and 50% depending on the quality of the post. It will be determined by the curator on duty. Since we will support good comments, the percentage of votes will be 10% to 20% according to the comment standards.
At the end of each week we will present a report with weekly statistics and the best seven posts selected by team members.
On each post and comment supported by Team 1, a comment will be made as follows.
Curation schedule :-
To run this curation process efficiently we have assigned weekly duties to three members as follows. Here we will continue the curation as per the chart.
Finally we will select 1 best post each day and include it in the weekly curation report.
It needs to be said here that everyone has a chance to be nominated. So let's try our best from now on and enjoy October's curation journey with Team - 1. We are excited about the new journey and aim to give our best efforts to support quality content.
