Weekly Report from 18 to 24 June, 2024 as Steem Representative
Hello Steemians,
During the week of June 18 to 24, 2024, we experienced a period full of events and activities that strengthened the foundations of our Steem community.
As a teacher at Steemit's Crypto Academy, I continue to host weekly educational sessions and competitions aimed at deepening members' knowledge of the cryptocurrency world. These weekly competitions inspire and motivate our members to innovate and develop their skills in this field.
As the curator of the Steem Dream team, I've dedicated a lot of my time this week to promoting high-quality posts. I collaborated with my team to rate and vote on numerous articles, focusing on the most important and engaging content. Our goal is to support and motivate the authors of our platform by recognizing their efforts and creativity. We also made sure to comment and interact with the authors, thus promoting constructive and stimulating discussions within the community.
My participation in the #5050 club was particularly active this week. This club encourages members to reinvest 50% of their profits into Steem, promoting sustainable community growth. By regularly voting and commenting on members' posts, I make sure I stay in tune with the latest trends and new emerging voices.
This week was a live demonstration of the impact of my different roles within the Steem community. Every initiative has contributed to our platform's continued growth and enrichment. Whether through education, promoting high-quality content, or active engagement with members, I am proud to play a key role in creating a diverse and welcoming environment for all Steem users.

I use a rapid response strategy to keep the community engaged and vibrant, while promoting the production of high-quality content. This includes constant interaction with members, providing constructive feedback, encouraging voices and stimulating originality and innovation.
I also take the time to check weekly contest entries, using ChatGPT to verify the originality of contributions. This step is necessary to maintain the integrity and transparency of the community, ensuring that each post is original and meets quality standards.
By actively participating in conversations on Discord, I help users better understand the platform and help create a stimulating learning environment. These discussions help resolve issues quickly, share tips and strategies, and strengthen bonds within the community.
Every week I write a detailed report on my activities as a Steemit actor. This report highlights my commitment to transparency and effective communication, and helps keep the community informed of my initiatives and commitments.

I began by reviewing submissions for our contest titled Mastering Trading with Stochastics and Parabolic SAR, ensuring that each entry met our guidelines. This initial step is crucial to ensure the fairness and consistency of the competition.
Next, I conducted a thorough plagiarism check for each submission to ensure the integrity of the competition. After this verification step, I provided detailed evaluations with personalized feedback and final scores. This process allows for constructive criticism and recognition of participants' strengths, helping them improve and feel valued.
Additionally, I have launched a new competition for the final week of Season 18, titled Mastering the Break Retest Break (BRB) Strategy. This competition aims to boost user engagement by encouraging them to explore and master key trading concepts.
