I appreciate you for this guidelines, it's encouraging, and worthy to note that even as a new steemian that doesn't know much about the application of markdowns can still be voted provided the content is quality.

I am a beneficiary who can also attest to being rewarded by good and quality contents.

I could remember when I newly joined steemit, I was somehow discouraged when I didn't know how to apply some markdowns, the only thing that encouraged me by that time was the reward for quality content.
