As one of the Steem Representatives, with this post, I am glad to submit my 21st weekly report from 05 September 2024 to 11 September 2024.

I've been focussing my efforts this week and last week because I was chosen as the community curator for Team 4. My curation work alternates from day to day. As the administrator of the Hindwhale community, I've also been busy organizing contests in my community, picking posts for booming support, and planning and publishing contests.

Aside from that, I've communicated with my community members, curator team members,s and friends via Discord and Telegram about community development and curating. Also, I answered the questions asked by the newly joined Steemian. My club status is #club75, and I have 48,034.78 Steem power in my SP wallet. Effective Power is 53,139.50 SP

SEC20/WK1.

This week the engagement competitions have started and I am very happy to participate in them.This week I participated in two SEC 20 Week -1 competitions and in one of them I read the lessons on graphic design and completed and posted the given tasks.SEC20/WK1: Introduction to Graphic Design and Principles

Powerup.

Recipe.

Organizing Contests.

I have been conducting contests and offering prizes in my community #hindwhale Community every week, and this week I have also done two contests and provided booming votes as rewards, one of which is a contact dubbed "Powerup and Win" that is currently running well. HWC contest #80: POWER UP & WIN - WEEK 54

Diarygame.

I'm quite interested in creating a diary game. Every week, I have written and posted about very meaningful occurrences in my life. This week, I posted two journal entries, one of which included details about attending a housewarming celebration and shopping at the Decathlon sports store.Tha Diary Game// Betterlife with steem // Atteneding housewarming function.

Conclusion.

I am honored to be one of the Steemit "Steem Representatives", and also I am fully aware of the responsibilities associated with this position. A Steem representative should set an example for other Steemit users by following the platform's rules and regulations. Simultaneously, newbies should be trained and led through Steemit's rules and regulations. So I hereby take a pledge to follow all of the above and become an effective Steem Representative.
