Weekly Report As Steem Representative: July 13 to 19, 2024 - #XIV

In the XIV week report, the activities I carried out focused on several points, such as:

1. Moderate and encourage user growth

Moderate and encourage user growth

I continue to encourage user growth and development both through moderating posts in the community and online discussions with several users. One form of positive interaction that I have carried out is related to the use of bidbot services.

Based on the results of interaction with the user in question, he has understood that using bidbot services is not justified if he expects support from the community curation team, the user decided to withdraw the delegation and try to become a creative and innovative writer.

Host a contest

I have proven consistency in organizing contests by continuing to hold contests, while the prizes allocated are in the form of Steem Power. Here is a list of contests that I have released:

Prepare a Cash Flow Report for the World Smile Project Int

World Smile Project Int continue to carry out social humanitarian activities in accordance with existing needs and adjust the available budget. In World Smile Project Cash Flow, Update July 2024 shows the updated cash flow realization.

Plan Meet Up Global

To make the global meet-up a success, Steem Representatives (el-nailul and heriadi) and the Sponsor (steem coffee) held further discussions regarding the implementation of the meet-up. In the first meeting before the internal meeting with other Steem Representatives, there were several points that were discussed, for example:

1. Meet Up Topic
2. Schedule of Events
3. Budget formulation

It is hoped that this meeting can become a reference to be discussed in official meetings with other Steem Representatives and existing community representatives, if possible a conference will be held with other Steem Representatives in several other countries.

Hopefully, this report can represent activities as a Steem Representative and Admin in the Steem for Betterlife Community
