Weekly Steem Representative Report (October 30th- November 5th 2023)

Dear Steemit team,

It's a pleasure to highlight my last week's activities on the platform as Steem Representative, I was tied up both online and offline, that was because it was my convention week and I wasn't active throughout the weekend. Well, after the convention we are experiencing load shedding and it's affecting my activities negatively. I tried to be active for 4 days that last week and let me write briefly on my different roles:

Curator:

I worked only once last week, thanks to my understanding team members who swapped my real working day so that I would be able to focus at the convention. On that day I used the SC09 account to Guide, Correct, encourage and support newbies in our midst. I encountered some plagiarism, mostly on images so I gave them free sites to always source for their images and also encouraged them to continue with their achievement tasks in the newcomers community so that they could learn the etiquette on the platform, I didn't encounter any AI-generated posts.

I also gave them tips on how to create quality posts and encouraged them to be active and consistent, engaging meaningfully with fellow users, setting a target of commenting on at least 5 Posts daily and upvoting at least 10 quality posts daily as this will help them to form new friendships and increase their Voting CSI. Newbies who joined no later than August are good to stand on their own and swim in this big ocean. Many of them graduated with good reputation and SP and all thanks to the Steemit team for giving them a preferential treatment and a good start.

Moderator In The Steemkids/Parents Community:

I reviewed all the posts that were published on my scheduled day. Gave the necessary guidance & corrections on how to publish good content, and invited some who fell off club status to try and join again. I also announced the winners of ways of Improving health contest and 23 Users joined and wrote beautifully on the topic I will initiate a new contest tomorrow. I also met some unverified users and invited them to introduce themselves to us.

Greeter:

I worked in the community but only verified those who complied with the Greeters, I've guided many new ones on WhatsApp and Discord, answering their questions about the platform and doing video calls with some too. We are a team and always look out for one another.

Though it wasn't easy, I tried to be active I commented on all the contest entries, and also supported others, this helped me to have not a too-bad Voting CSI of 14.8 ( 0.00 % self, 131 upvotes, 97 accounts, last 7d ). I power up too, as you can see I'm growing bit by bit.
