Weekly Steem Representative Report (Oct 9th - 15th 2023)

Dear Steemit team,

I'm glad to report my last week's activities as a representative of Steem, it's was one of those weeks that motherhood showed me its other side, indeed there's no "hood like motherhood", I know right? I have been down with Malaria and My baby was sick too, this made me discover the strength I didn't know I had all this while, not only this and to deal with fear I wasn't aware existed. But Thank Goodness everything falls into place now.

I tried to be active last week even with the extenuating circumstances I've carried out all my duties on the platform responsibly. Below is the highlight of what I did:

Curator:

As a member of Team Newcomers community curators, I carried out my duties last week which consisted of supporting and guiding the new ones in our midst. I worked last Wednesday, and I was able to support 22 of them with SC09 account. I encountered one AI content, I detected it manually then the tools also confirmed and I warned the user and also gave her tips on how to write quality and original content.

I also encountered some plagiarism and I've encouraged these to continue with their Achievement tasks of at least up to 4 to learn the etiquette content on Steem and how to apply markdown styles to make their posts attractive and more readable. I also shared free sites where they can source images, moreover, I've encouraged them to be active and engaged meaningfully with fellow users. Finally, I was the one who reported our Team activities.

Greeter:

I've guided so many newbies on Discord and WhatsApp with their achievement tasks and how to write good content. I also Verify a few achievement tasks. I didn't verify any achievement 1 tasks but I've reviewed some and given further instructions, and I will verify them immediately if they comply. I'm bouncing back, so I will work thoroughly in the Newbies community the remaining days of the week.

Steemkids/Parents Moderator:

I was seriously ill on my working day so my team covered up for me. But I later organised a contest in the community, and also reviewed some posts, offering guidance and corrections.

Personal Account:

I tried to be active last week, published 5 Posts, joined engagement contests, and supported fellow users across the platform, this is showing in my Voting CSI 20.5 ( 0.00 % self, 187 upvotes, 134 accounts, last 7d). I also power up to maintain club status, yes leading by example because it won't look good if I always encourage others to do what I'm not doing. This is the highlight of my activities, I'm hoping for better days ahead and to continue doing my best. Thank you!
