My Weekly Steem Representative Report.

Dear Steemit Team,

It's a pleasure to report my last week's activities as a representative of Steem, it wasn't a pleasant week for me because I was down though not to the the extent of being hospitalised. I think the change in weather is dealing negatively with us the heat temperature hit 41°C in the North and 39°C here in the South and model projection indicates the temperature to remain high in the coming days. Apart from this, I tried to be active in the Steemit community, yes doing what I know to do best which includes welcoming and guiding newbies, supporting them with an SC09 account and being available to any user that crosses my path. Let me highlight in a bit of detail:

Greeter:

Our community is in good shape now, we're improving greatly likewise the newbies, I worked in the community last week and I verified from achievements 1 -4, guided some, muted irrelevant posts, and invited others to join the program. Their discord group is active, I've added different language channels so that they can communicate in the language they're comfortable with. I've answered so many questions both on WhatsApp and Discord, educating them on the importance of power-up and the benefits and they were satisfied. Wilmer88 reported our activities and I must say there's great improvement.

Curator:

Last week I worked with the SC09 account, and as usual I supported both good posts and comments, and encouraged new ones to power up because I observed that few of them did not I also encouraged them to try and engage meaningfully with fellow users because this is so important, I mean that will help them to feel among and feel the community and draw close to others.

I've guided them on how to make quality posts, that they should at least use 3 images in their posts and the images should be in line with their write up, that aside I'm impressed with many, they can arrange their posts beautifully, engage meaningfully with others, have good voting Csi, improve reputation and most importantly they know the importance of power up.

I was privileged to highlight two of them last week and this week will be lit!

Moderator In The Steem4betterlife:

I was active in the community last week, my contest expires today and more than 40 Users participated in it, I will announce the winners later today or tomorrow and initiate a new one. Our community is booming, and a lot of users are comfortable publishing here because we are not biased we've tried to keep up with the moderation and still hope to improve.

It's one of the goals I've set to publish at least 4 posts a week come what may, Even though I was down I tried to keep up, I joined engagement contests and wrote beautifully on the topics, I tried to support fellow users and engage meaningfully with them, but what I observed is that most of my comments and replies are not showing, and it's discouraging, especially for replies it will look as if I don't appreciate those meaningful commendations and encouragements on my posts, I hope something could be done faster. Also, a lot of potential users contacted me complaining that they couldn't sign up, the problem is getting the email code (it's not highlighting), so I hope this too can be resolved faster. This is it, and as always I hope to be better each passing day. Thank you 🙏
