My Weekly Steem Representative Report.

Dear Steemit Team,

I'm so delighted to report my activities for last week to you, and I pray it finds you well ❤️‍🩹. Last week was amazing though I had to work harder to complete all the piled-up tasks that were left the previous week. But it was successful as I finished everything and started this new week afresh. Let me discuss this in a bit of detail:

Greeter:

I guided and verified more than 20 Newbies from different countries, I did video calls and guided some on how to carry out their tasks properly both on WhatsApp and Discord channel. I also went back to those I guided the previous week to check their progress, and most of them are doing great 😃. I have many of them that I will handle this week and I hope to be successful.

I verified mostly achievements 1, 2 and 3 tasks. I always give them hints on what to publish on the platform, turning their hobbies into their niche, writing their diaries, and sharing the latest trends in their locality and food content are all good. We the greeter's team tried to keep up with the zeal, I spotlighted one enthusiast newbie and @heriadi reported our activities for last week alongside some active newbies for the week.

Curator:

I enjoyed Curation work last week, I read a lot of posts that widened my knowledge, and these new ones indeed have something to offer. I worked twice
And was opportune to spotlight two best posts too. @wilmer1988 reported our team's activities alongside the 7 best posts.

While working I encountered a few plagiarism and I scolded the offenders and also advised them to continue with their achievement tasks of at least up to 4 to learn the etiquette content on Steem, and also learn how to arrange their posts beautifully. I also dropped free sites for them to always source their images. I've encouraged them to engage meaningfully with fellow users and to be supportive as support begets support. Most importantly they must power up at least 50% of their reward because it's the only way they can grow their accounts.

I reviewed and commented on all the 47 contest entries, and also initiate a new contest We're improving in the community, and I hope to step up my games this week, try to be more engaging etc.

I was active last week, I engaged meaningfully with fellow users and gave guidance when necessary. This is shown in my Community Support Index. I've announced the winners of my previous week's contest and shared 15 SP rewards. I've powered up to maintain my clubstatus and strengthen my account. I'm planning something fun, and I'll let know in due time. I hope to be more resourceful this week. Thank you!
