Hi, all fellow Steemians,

Good morning from India,

This week started as usual, but let me accept this was the one of the dullest weeks so far a while. I haven't posted anything that satisfied me as an author apart from a couple of fictional posts. In fact, I failed at the "Learning Season" front despite winning one of them, but then I had participated in just two. I wonder how users take part in all of them or almost all of them, or maybe I am not taking enough advantage of search engines.

But now that's a matter of the past, and I see nothing much even in the current season, so I once again suggest Steemblog to bring back regular communities with lesser technical topics. I know I can do a few more, but when I think about common users, I feel for them.

However, if the trend continues, I will apply for the season with my "marketing strategies" in Season 22. But I still feel selecting 7 learning teams and 5 regular communities with innovative ideas would be an ideal choice. We need more topics on travel and regular blogging to bring more users into the competition area.

Offline, this is going to be the end with the final appointment with our surgeon on the 14th of November, and then I will be free for my long-awaited 10-day holiday trip. By the way, my Bangladesh trip has been cancelled due to current political developments. I am planning to visit a famous tourist destination down south with a fellow Steemian from my area.

On my writing front, I am trying to do my best, as writing is my passion, but I am not satisfied with what I did this week. Maybe it was due to my busy schedule at home front attending my wife or a little bit of so called writers' block. However, I hope to come back to my normal soon, so this week was all about fiction and my regular power-up posts. I did not apply for the Steem Curator's post for November, but maybe I will apply for December.

But despite all my busy schedule offline and not posting much, I spent a lot of my time looking for newbies. I agree my busy offline schedule slowed me down a bit, yet I selected two talented newbies. I visited as many posts and selected some of the best, irrespective of their ranks, club status, communities, and countries, the only condition being they should rank under 50.

I supported two more newbies, keeping them as beneficiaries in my different posts. As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel good when I see newbies showing their happiness when they read my comments on their posts.

I selected my first "newbie," @hossainahmed02 the first beneficiary of the week I selected for his post:

Tell us About Yourself

I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.

I posted a comment on his post, and he responded immediately.

I received no reply so far though.

I was surprised to see his quick response to my post and under my comment.

I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which had a few more posts than the last few weeks. I guess some famous travelers have come back and posted in this community since there is no scope for posting in SEC about travel.

However, I am trying my best to support genuine queries by Steemians both new and old through various channels to support them spreading awareness, and pacifying them in case anyone has a problem. As a moderator of Traveling Steem, I support everyone, including genuine newbies, and help them my best by voting them up as per their post quality. Last Monday was not as busy as there were too few posts on travel topics.

At the Power- Up front, I made several additions to my wallet within the last month, as I am reaching close to my 8th Dolphin status.

As SR, I try my best to support all good posts, but as I have mentioned time and again, I still see a lot of attempts to game the system.

As the fresh learning season started, the newly included teams are again doing well, and I have participated in one consisting of my favorite topic.

My Account Summary

My CSI is normally in the range of 10-15, which shows that I support all who need my support; however, this week I could not visit as many posts because writing reports, moderation, and curation kept me busy on other assignments.

These are my regular posts,

I must admit that even if I am writing fewer posts and not getting bigger votes I am writing with no compromise with the quality of my posts. I could take part in just two learning contests but I did fairly well.

As I have always said, I support as many newbies through various methods, including setting them as a beneficiary in 2 posts every week, which helps them stay positive. I always vote for low-level members according to their quality of posts and support them as a member and in my capacity of community curator and Steem Representative.

I am doing my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform without looking at their country, community, or rank. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.

That's all for this week!

Thanks all; have a nice time!

Yours Sincerely,

@dove11
