Hi, all fellow Steemians,

Good morning from India,

This week I was busy with my offline business, giving the final touch to my overseas project starting in March, yes, it's been postponed by one month because the man I am to replace has requested for the same. However, the last week was not much different because I did not find enough official contests so again participated in private contests. I am surprised to see low engagement despite Steem rates going down constantly.

I added SP to my wallet in another power-up post, bringing my total to 42K SP, including the balance I still need to power up in a few days.

HWC Contest #111| POWERUP

As I said, the boom in the crypto market is slowing and going northward, but I spent a lot of my time on the crypto wallets, decreasing my worth once again. Although I was not online as much as I wanted to be, I did enough posts.

Offline the biggest disappointment was my travel plans were disrupted by fog. But we can't help weather-related disruptions, which can be frustrating, especially when I had been looking forward to this trip to Himachal Pradesh so eagerly. I am sure the conditions will improve soon and I will go got this trip. I had mentioned it in this post:

2025 Bucket List - Travel Goals

Last week, I had started a contest in Traveling Steem but did not get the expected result, so I skipped the contest in the second week. I posted part 2 of the contest and hope to get a better result this time around.

"Tourist Attraction Photography Contest"

I will continue with the idea in the next weeks of this month, hoping that my fellow Steemians will find it interesting, as the official contests will not around for a while. However, I am curiously looking forward to the new features added by Steemblog and a specific team of curators announced.

I hope it works well next time around, and our members enjoy the holiday season, as it’s time to embrace the spirit of giving and celebrating the joy of giving, receiving, friendship, and adding up to the festive mood. However, all is going well apart from low engagement as a few newcomers approaching me with their problems and I am trying my best to give them a solution.

I am proud to announce once again that I supported as many newbies as I could through various methods, including setting them as beneficiaries in my posts every week, which helps them stay positive. I always vote for the best posts according to their quality and support them in my capacity as moderator and Steem Representative.

As usual, my online or offline activities did not stop me from visiting and finding promising authors from the newcomers' community and selecting my quota of two of the best, under 50 rank, irrespective of their club status, communities, and countries.

As always, I spent time with a couple of newbies on their or my posts. I feel like more and more newbies are getting in touch with me, and that's heartwarming when they are among them as they approach me. Also, I feel I have something to say by adding two beneficiaries to my posts that I believe these posts will bring good return for them. And I don't care whether my beneficiaries respond to my posts or not.

My Newbie Program

A New Initiative to help newbies

I supported two more newbies, keeping them as beneficiaries in my different posts. As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel good when I see newbies feel motivated and respond happily through their comments.

My selected users

As a routine, I selected the first "newbie," the first beneficiary of the week, @arism

I selected for this post:

As usual, I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.

I posted a comment on his post, but no response.

My second newbie beneficiary is @florcolmenaresc

I am glad, she responded to my message.

I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which took a lot of my time but had too few real travel posts, but mostly diary posts. However, the travelers posting their travel experiences compensated for my time and efforts.

Again, I am trying my best to support genuine queries by Steemians, both new and old, through various channels to support them in spreading awareness and pacifying them in case anyone has a problem.

I am still worried about the posts, especially in the diary section, because, as I reported in my last reports most of these posts do not qualify for diary posts, but as a moderator, I can do nothing but check for plagiarism, CSI, etc.

Once again, I am proud to announce that as SR, I try my best to support all good posts, but let me request the authorities once again that the SRs should get more power to support Steemians with extra voting power to talented Steemians. I hope the Steem Team will see a point in my suggestion.

My Account Summary

As usual, my CSI is in the range of 10-15, as I am supporting all who need my support; however, this week I could not visit as many posts because writing reports, moderation, and curation kept me busy on other assignments.

These are my regular posts.

Despite all the shortcomings, I have posted daily. I admit that there were too few 'learning contests' in current season 23 that I could try in this week so nothing again.

In the end, I am doing my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.

That's all for this week!

Thanks all; have a nice time ahead.

Yours sincerely
