After the month of December has passed, and most of the members were re-elected, we have continued with the curation process without losing any day of activity. We open our arms to the new member @lavanyalakshman and a salute to @disconnect who made a great contribution to the curation team.

During this week good contests were evidenced, the communities and some independent users have maintained the enthusiasm to promote good publications through their contests and challenges to start the new year with lots of energy, therefore, and with the commitment that characterizes us, we have been able to fully support all these activities that provide welfare to the platform, efficiently fulfilling the role of curator that has given us the Steemit team, for this, we take into account the basic requirements shown in the curation guide, which highlights the following:

• Be original, plagiarism of content is not accepted, information taken from the internet must be correctly referenced to the source.
• Preferably you should be within the investment clubs, i.e. at least 50%, 75% or 100% of your rewards are transformed into Steem Power.
• The content must be exclusive to Steemit
• Users should not submit SP delegations in exchange for voting services.

We invite you to review our summary of the curation work done during the first week of January 2023 (taking into account the last days of December not covered in the previous report), also, you can find a link to see the consolidated information where we share details of our management, data presented to provide transparency in the use of the SC03 account and the role of curator entrusted to us by the Steemit team to support the contests that are promoted throughout the platform and that meet the basic requirements.

Without further ado, we present the summary of what was this period of curatorship of the Millionaire Team.

During the period from 28/12/2022 to 03/01/2023 after visiting a good variety of tags, nationalities and communities we were able to support 161 posts and 35 good quality comments. Below is a table of supported posts and comments according to the club to which the user belongs.

The 28th day of December 2022 ended with the curation of a total of 25 articles which encompasses new contests and others that won in the previous ones. Obviously, it's my last curation of the year utilizing the SC03 account.
That being said, I didn't come across much irregularity during the duty, tiny ones like a tag mistake were taken care of by notifying the contest organizer who promptly make the necessary change. It's a beautiful curation year and it's a pleasure I've been part of it.

This is the next experience with the great Team, I underwent curation in the first week by curating 18 Posts with various backgrounds, all supported posts still refer to the rules set by the Curation Team.
The 19 curations can be grouped by club consisting of 12 posts belonging to club5050, 2 posts belonging to club75, while 4 others are in club100.

12-30-2022 was my day for a Millionaire Team Curation assignment, this week saw a slight increase in the number of posts I voted for, for 21 articles voted up, compared to 20 articles last week, up 5%. The same goes for reviews, we found 4 reviews that were rewarded 10%. On the other hand, the number of discarded articles increased to 14, mainly because we found contests with repetitive content without any changes, or we found contests organized by members of our team, in which the rules prevent us from voting and others, as well as many posts exceeding the voting period of seven Days with the presence of some of them who do not respect the rule of belonging to any club.
In some club membership stats we saw 10 posts belong to club5050 compared to 8 posts last week, 4 posts related to club75 and 7 posts related to club100 and were voted 30%, 40% and 50% respectively.

It has been an excellent, I was able to find good contests even though today is a holiday for most users due to the arrival of the end of the year. Contests with varied themes that invite you to end the year with good content for the benefit of the platform and the community. On this day I managed to support contests, announcements of winners, as well as good comments.

I've been curating for the first week of the month. And it is a very valuable opportunity for me. I curated with heart and love. I am satisfied with the curation that I have done. I hereby assist the contest organizer. The contest can improve the quality of content in Steemit. The team consists of great and committed Steemians. I learned a lot from them. And it is an opportunity for me to continue to learn from them.
I curated with love and hearth. I feel more flexible in using curated accounts. And I've adapted to Team rules. On Sunday, January 01, 2023, via my Steemcurator03 account, I voted on 21 posts, consisting of 8 contest posts and 13 contest winner posts. I've also voted on 5 quality comments that match the theme of the post.

This is my first week's report after joining the Team Millionaire curation team. I used to work as a team curator, but I had no experience curating contest posts. But today I get that experience, too. When I started curating, I had some issues, but my team members, especially @adeljose, @kouba01, and @franyeligonzalez, helped a lot.
Today I curated up to 24 posts and 5 comments.
Some contest posts are not following proper tags, and that's why I get some issues at the beginning; some authors earn money by conducting contests, but their earnings do not power up. After sending prize money, they simply cashed out the remaining amounts. Those contest posts I skip to give curation support.
Overall, I enjoyed my first day of curating. Thanks a lot for this opportunity.

This first week, of this new year 2023, I was able to get very good contests, people are very active publishing and creating new activities for the platform, I consider that we are all ready to give much more than what we gave in the past 2022.
On Tuesday I was able to vote for 28 publications, among which I voted for 15 contests, which I think is great because I could see an increase in the number of contests held. I also know that the fact of not having active challenges this week is a determining factor.
I was also able to vote for 10 quality comments. Undoubtedly a great week, the team has a new member and although there were some mistakes at the beginning, there is nothing we can't overcome as a good team.

Opinion: This article seems to be the second most creative contest I have come across during my curation for the day. The contest has a food theme that presents participants with certain ingredients for the preparation of a meal which increase creativity based on limited ingredients and at the same time open the sight of the audience to how certain stuff can be managed at home.
In terms of practicality and reward size, the article is worth taking the top spot after the top-most article has gotten support earlier from SC01.

Opinion: An ideal life can be obtained through social interactions that are established, and so does the steemit platform. Opinion: Comments and testimonials from community members play a major role in their reputation and work strategy on our Steemit platform. Since reputation is very important to be able to grow, it is necessary to always monitor it. The possibility of leaving opinions or testimonials online gives users the power to influence the decision of communities.
In this context, our author has chosen to create a contest in which a space has been opened to discuss their work protocol within his community and he will try to collect the opinions of users in order to improve the quality of the subjects presented each day. Opinion: It is a good contest idea. The Contest Organizer has a special hashtag that refers to the contest, so the organizer can easily find participating posts, clear contest rules, and prizes to distribute. And most importantly, the organizers of the competition pay attention to the authenticity of the participant's posts.
The main purpose of this contest is for you to declare your gratitude to the Steemit social media platform for all the support you have received so far.

Opinion: This contest looks interesting to me. Also, it easily attracts users to participate. Because of it them. This contest is regarding our favourite TV shows. It's well known and part of our daily routine.
Along with participating, users must have at least a #club5050 word count of 300 or more and be original. Those rules are very important for encouraging quality authors here.
Prize money is also looking great. They're offering 15 STEEM, which is a reasonable prize pool.
Also offering the top 3 authors, each at 5 Steem, respectively. That means the top 3 posts get equal distribution. This is also looking interesting to me.
After considering all those reasons, I chose this contest post.

Opinion: I find this contest very interesting, because it allows us to look back at the past and realize all the good times we were able to enjoy. 2022 was an intense year, we went through good and bad moments, but what is true is that it was full of a lot of creativity, the challenges were something new for everyone and we all enjoyed them.
Our dear vivi, gives us a good introduction and guides us to refer to our best moments in the challenges, we can always learn new things, many of us won in some contests and that feels great, others showed their great skills, there are many anecdotes to tell.
It is a very creative contest, with good description, clear rules and excellent prizes for the participants.
