Starting from this sentence, I want to begin by writing that the success of every entrepreneur depends on the more mile they are willing to travel despite the fact that the journey is strong. The stories of businessmen and entrepreneurs who have achieved success are full of difficult circumstances that helped them to boost themselves and achieve to overcome their businesses at high levels.

More than 50% of today's successful entrepreneurs started their businesses, just like you. With nothing, nothing else with the determination to achieve the desired goals.

So the truth is, there are no excuses to have a successful venture, and now that we have the help of the #businesactivity community, it is possible to organize.

And the truth is I do not write these lines pretending that I already achieve success with my endeavor. Not really, I'm still starting, but every day I wake up wanting to improve in this passion and love for pastry, which just started more than a year ago, without any skill and knowledge of the subject, but with a lot of desire to learn to undertake and thus sweeten the lives of my family, friends and acquaintances.

It's all a matter of practice, practice and practice, trial and error. In your business there must be a before and after, where it is shown what day by day you are improving and in this way being able to offer quality in your products.

As you can see, I love to work with white and pink colors. And Swiss and Italian meringue. I know I need to improve my techniques, but it is something that I will build little by little.

How can we improve our techniques to offer quality products?

Apart from practicing a lot, of course, if we want to be great and good at what we do, we must study, investigate and read a lot. If there is the possibility of taking courses, YouTube, social networks are our best friends, because they teach us many things for free.

Knowledge is power, knowledge empowers us and gives us the confidence to continue creating and believing in our business, so everything you can learn to grow your business is the best investment you can make. Do not be afraid to invest, in yourself, in your business, in Quality products. Well, what you sow you will reap 100%.

Personally, I had absolutely nothing pastry utensils, but little by little I have been buying from tools, products, and pastry utensils that make my work easier every day.

Do not be afraid to learn to undertake, when we all feel fear and discourage us for different reasons. On this path it is our turn to breathe deeply and believe in ourselves. Do not allow that fear to freeze you and prevent you from achieving your dreams.

When I was doing the pastry and pastry course at @asocheforiente, I felt a lot of fear and anguish about the tests I had to present. These evaluations were like those seen in the MASTER CHEF series. as is well. They evaluate you, taste, presentation and location. But don't let this paralyze me. I prepared myself and presented my test, which I passed.

The truth is, there is no magic formula that will lead you to success overnight. The key to a successful venture is perseverance, discipline and responsibility that will help you achieve it.

Personally, my goal is to improve day by day to offer quality products, I know what my strengths and weaknesses are to achieve it. For this I know that in the confectionery sector I must be at the forefront of the day, be creative and constantly learning I will achieve it.

By changing our mentality and seeing our ventures as businesses that need investment, responsibility and knowledge, we will see how little in our sales will be boosted and we will achieve the success that we so desire. No business grows without sacrifices and knowledge. Let's be positive and have an entrepreneurial mindset, success is achieved first by believing and then by doing.
