Thanks for your comment. This type of course is essential for women because they must at least know the basic techniques of how to get out of a grip or a physical attack. In general, this course has 8 hours of teachings, distributed in 4 hours on Saturday afternoon and 4 hours on Sunday morning. Cost 4.60 SBD or 55 Steem. Discounts are offered for a minimum group of 10 people
