Approximately one year and two months ago due to a fall that caused a fracture in the wrist of the left hand, specifically in the Radio Distral and Cubito bones, due to a medical misdiagnosis, the bones were poorly consolidated, this means that they welded in the right way. undue, preventing the mobility of the hand to 85%.

For this reason, after a consultation and medical evaluation by a Traumatologist and Hand Surgery Specialist, it was decided to perform an Osteotomy, in which the egg would be billed again and thus achieve better consolidation, for the surgical intervention a Plate was placed in " T "Volar 3.5 and Set of screws with a cost of $200, this would allow the bones to remain in a correct position, additionally a graft was taken from the right part of the hip that served as a support in the union of both bones.

It is required to extract a sample of the bone to perform a Bone Culture and Biopsy where its condition will be evaluated and if there is any cause that has prevented its consolidation, such as an Infection.

Therefore, it was decided to carry out a new surgical intervention where the Plate and the Screws were removed to later place an External Wrist Tutor, 4 ball joints plus wires.
