Today I am going to share with you some health essential foods in this scorching heat of summer, which will help fill the water deficit in the body.

As the Sun is directly above the equator, temperatures will rise in some parts of the Asian continent for the next few days, the weather office said. During this time the average temperature can rise to 40/45 degrees. So we have to eat more food in this condition. Due to excessive heat, water and salt are removed from the body and water deficiency occurs in the body.

And liquid food helps to fill this water gap. Liquid food includes various types of juicy fruits, fruit juices and sherbets. A lot of juicy fruits are available at this time. Which helps to keep the body healthy in summer. These include, watermelon, bell, bungi and lemon sherbet.

Watermelon: Watermelon is a juicy fruit that is very necessary for health protection in this summer. It helps to fill the water deficiency in the body. Watermelon is available more or less everywhere in Bangladesh. Watermelon can be eaten in different ways. Can be cut into pieces and eaten and can be made into watermelon juice and consumed. Adding a few crushed ice cubes to watermelon juice doubles its taste.

Beel: Beel and beel syrup helps to protect from heat and fill the water deficit in the body. Beel and beel syrup is an easily available fruit.

Bangi: Bangi is available in abundance during summer. Bangi is a juicy fruit that is very necessary for all of us now. Bangi can be eaten in different ways. Some like to cut into pieces and some of me like its juice more. I like both.

Also drink plenty of water, which is very important at this time.

Therefore, you should refrain from going out unnecessarily for a few days. Also, you should keep more green vegetables in your daily diet. And from the food list will be excluded food like chubi, and fried food.
We should all be more careful with our bodies during this time.

Because excessive heat can cause serious diseases like heatstroke. Therefore, you should not wander outside unnecessarily. Those who have high pressure should take care, whether the pressure is under control. At this time, children should be very careful, the sweat of the body should be wiped with a thin cotton cloth. If necessary, use a wet cloth. It should be removed frequently. Children should not be placed directly under the AC.

The baby may get cold. During this time, thick warm clothes should not be taught. Thin cotton clothes should be worn. At this time, the elderly members of the house should also be more careful. We all should be careful to deal with adverse situations.
