Enjoying Burnt Young Coconut

Hi all stemian friends,

I have been helping my husband in the garden for several days. Today I also accompanied my younger sister to help plant vegetables in the garden.

Usually we go to the garden after Zuhr time and usually we will come home at 4 o'clock because I have to pick up my children from school. It has become my habit these days when I go to the garden, I always bring food to eat in the garden.

In fact, sometimes I deliberately skip lunch if I want to go to the garden because I intend to eat food there. I really like it when eating food in the open like that, for me enjoying nature with the gentle breeze is very enjoyable.

Because today my younger sister also has lunch together in the garden. After we finished eating, my sister and I helped my husband to clean the land, such as pulling weeds, burning trash and other jobs we could do.

Steemian friends, since today's weather is very sunny, it makes us tired very easily. During a short break, initially we intended to drink young coconut water.

In hot weather like this drinking coconut water can be quite refreshing. But suddenly we had the idea to burn young heads because we happened to be burning branches and wood to clear garden land.

After picking and peeling some coconuts my sister and I burned them in the wood burning place earlier. We baked it for less than 30 minutes.

Grilled coconut besides feeling fresh also has very good properties for the health of the body. Not only does the taste of the water change, but the coconut meat that has been burned also becomes softer.
