Enjoy Leisure Time in The City Center of Lhokseumawe With The Charm of Green Grass

This afternoon my friend and I were walking in the city of Lhokseumawe and we saw Hiraq field / Lapangan Hiraq Lhokseumawe 55H2+48X, Jl. Merdeka, Simpang Empat, Kec. Banda Sakti, Kota Lhokseumawe, Aceh, which is located next to the Islamic Center Mosque / Islamic Center Lhokseumawe 54JR+2Q4, Simpang Empat, Banda Sakti, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh. There are a lot of people sitting in this field. Me and my friend decided to sit there.

In the past, Hiraq field was also used as a place for people to sell food, street food style. Along the field and by the roadside there are many traders and micro-entrepreneurs selling their wares. However, a few months ago the people who were selling them had moved to the fruit market area because they were no longer allowed to sell in the Hiraq field.

Maybe because of its location in the city center and people selling in that place can trigger traffic jams, maybe. A policy for controlling, structuring the city and relocation to a more strategic place. Policies to realize a beautiful city, green city, and beautiful city layout.

Now people are busy sitting in the field, many people call it the Hiraq field, which is now similar to the Blang Padang field in Banda Aceh City. Because there are no people selling in this area, so the majority of people sitting here bring food both bought from outside and food brought from home. Me and my friend already bought food and drinks from outside and we enjoyed it at Hiraq field.

The location is very good, in the field there is already green grass that you can sit on. There are also some people who bring mats for family seating, large trees also grow neatly on the edge of the field which makes the atmosphere and the air more beautiful and cool. The parking location is also very strategic, and is under a tree so you don't have to worry about your motorbike overheating, there is also a parking guard to keep the motorbike safe.

Even waiting for sunset / Maghrib prayer time is very strategic, because the location of the field is adjacent to the Islamic Center Mosque, Lhokseumawe City. Many young people and even parents sitting there resting and taking their children for a walk. This place is usually crowded with visitors in the afternoon until the evening, because during the day the weather is hot.

In addition to seating and recreation, this location is also used as a training location for both ceremonial exercises and other sports exercises such as marching band, walking, paskibraka, and others. By August 17th, so when we were sitting there many school children were practicing to play the marcing band musical instrument, there were also people who were practicing the ceremony. Quite a pleasant spectacle in the middle of the city center with the hustle and bustle of city life.

A new civilization and lifestyle that people in the center of Lhokseumawe are starting to highlight. It even looks like a new lifestyle that has begun to be adopted from several other cities. Indeed, there are always many ideas and ways that humans do to achieve their desires, including in terms of recreation and enjoying leisure time.

Utilizing a large field to be a recreational facility, even a garden for learning is good reason that is starting to develop in the community. Even this action can attract more people from outside the city to enjoy the sensation of relaxing in the city center on green meadows. I highly recommend this location for you to visit either with family or with friends.
