What should I know before I go to the moon?

Traveling to the moon is an enjoyable experience full of magic and amazement, and before someone decides to travel to there, he must know many facts related to this journey full of oddities and adventures.

Before going to the moon, I must know the dangers and challenges that I will face in this journey, especially health challenges. Outer space has no or almost no gravity compared to the gravity of planet Earth, and this means that I need special preparations to help me overcome the issue of gravity.

Also, the moon doesn't have oxygen, and the air in it is non-existent, and it is not possible for me to breathe normally, and in order to breathe, I must be provided with special oxygen cylinders so that I can breathe, and I have to know the way that my cylinder is supplied with oxygen, and I must never forget this matter

Also, I heard that I can't eat my food normally in space, the food there must be special dried food that never contains water, I will eat it in a special way, and this also applies to defecation that has a special way in space and not as it is on the planet Earth.

I cannot sleep in the usual way, and I may suffer from many painful symptoms such as: insomnia, headaches, and other symptoms that may occur to me during my stay in outer space, and when I return to planet Earth, I may face many difficulties, the most important of which is returning Acclimatization to life on planet Earth.

Muscle pain and osteoporosis include severe health challenges, and I have to wear special spacesuits for the duration of my stay there.

Because regular clothes are not suitable, and I have to be aware that in outer space there is no heat as is the case on the planet Earth, and all this requires special clothes and tools that I have to wear all the time and never think of getting rid of them, just as it is not possible to use a mobile phone Or to call whoever I want at any time, but this can only be done through special techniques and linked to the ground stations, and I have to adapt to my absence and being cut off from people for long periods, and not to lose my focus because of this.

How do I prepare for my trip to space?

In order to prepare for my journey in space, I have to receive intensive training at the beginning, and learn how to control the devices and tools needed in Outer space, and I have to undergo many necessary medical examinations before I leave the planet to know if I am able to adapt to the journey into space or not, and I have to be very patient, especially since the journey to outer space is very long, and can extend to several months.

I have to try wearing the astronaut suit for long hours in order to learn and practice movement in it, especially since movement in it is very difficult and tiring, as I have to wear it at least seven hours a day to get used to the many pressures that the astronauts are exposed to, and this is very important. In difficulty, and I also have to learn the basics of dealing with the spacecraft, and undergo several training courses to learn many things such as: space science and everything related to space flights, in addition to getting to know the medical procedures that I have to do if necessary.
