Hello Steemit Lovers !!!

Yesterday afternoon my extended family and I wanted to cook fried chicken and red cooked chicken. Before that I myself went to the market at 14.00 by riding a motorbike.

Arriving at the market I went straight to the chicken seller's shirt to buy three chickens, one chicken costs 160k. After that, I went to a basic food shop to buy 1½ kg of cooking oil for a total of 24k.

I continued to the spice shop in front to buy fried seasoning and red cooking seasoning. After I bought all the ingredients I needed, I went straight home. Arriving at the house, the chicken that I bought earlier was cleaned by removing the feathers and other dirt.

The chicken that I bought has been slaughtered and cut into pieces so it only remains to be cleaned. When finished I divided the two parts of the chicken to be fried and cooked red. Before frying the chicken, we must first boil it using fried spices and spices such as lemongrass leaves, pandan leaves, temerui leaves, and a little water.

This boiling process is used to make the chicken more tender and the seasoning seeps into the meat. We boil it for 30 minutes, during the boiling process we will smell the fragrant aroma from some of the spices we added earlier.

While waiting for the chicken to be cooked, we will prepare the herbs and spices to cook the red, so that later when the chicken is cooked, all we have to do is divide it again for us to cook it fried and cook it red. After 30 minutes, it's finally cooked and we transfer it to the filter first so we can make the rest of the cooking water.

Then we prepare a pan for frying and we pour the cooking oil into a large pan because we are going to fry a lot of chicken. Before the oil gets hot, we cook the red chicken first. The ingredients we use are a little cooking oil, the herbs and spices that we prepared earlier, and a little water.

We cook until the red cooking spices really seep into the chicken. The cooking oil is already hot, we immediately fry it with a portion of 6 pieces of chicken for one frying. We don't need to fry it for too long just for the color which is already yellowish because we have boiled it until it's really soft earlier.

We also fry the spices that were previously boiled with the chicken meat so that the aroma is even more fragrant. The process of cooking red chicken and fried chicken uses traditional cooking tools, namely firewood. Because cooking with firewood makes the taste of food unique.

Moreover, I personally am an Acehnese so I really like cooking using firewood because it tastes very different from cooking using a gas stove. Indeed, cooking on firewood is a little difficult, namely it makes our eyes sting because of the smoke, the taste of the food will still be very different.

Not long after, finally the red cook is ready to be served and enjoyed using hot rice. The fried chicken meat isn't all cooked yet because the portion of meat to be fried is a lot, we'll wait a little longer. The red cooked chicken was fragrant and smelled very good of the Acehnese spices.

Finally the fried chicken has finished frying everything and is ready to be served. Everything is finished I cook thank you see you later.
