LOCATION

I visited Fashion Design and Training Center today. To learn about the use of various accessories in making textile products. The Fashion Design and Training Center is located next to my university. The distance from my house to my university is 1 km. The distance of fashion and training center from my university is 0.5 km.Today as my university is closed I went to this training center to learn about various associations. It takes 30 minutes to go to the training center from my home. I reached the training center by an autorickshaw. I pay 20 taka as fare to the auto rickshaw driver.

LOCATION

The institute is located at Bangladesh Handloom Education and Training Center in Narsingdi Sadar. Distance from Dhaka to Narsingdi Sadar is 40 km. Bangladesh Handloom and Training Center was established in 1987. From 1987 to 2000, training on jute fiber was imparted here. Since 2001, various products were made from the fiber here. Then in 2016 after all operations of jute fiber were stopped.Our Prime Minister Begum Sheikh Hasina replaced an external institution Fashion Design and Training Center in this institution. He inaugurated this institution in November 2018. All its activities started from October 2019. Fashion Design and Training Center This institute provides various types of training for garment making. 80% of Bangladesh's money comes from the garment sectors, so the government of Bangladesh has developed skilled manpower for making garments from these institutions.These training centers provide free training to girls and boys from lower middle class families. Most of the girls expressed interest in completing this training. The age limit of manpower for training in this institution is 35 to 45 years boys and girls. 35 to 40 years old children of low class families should not suffer from poverty. They complete this training to manage their own family expenses.The environment of the institution is very beautiful and surrounded by pure green. I liked the establishment a lot and I will travel to this establishment again inshallah. I thank Bangladesh Government Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. To build this training center for the children of low class families of our country.

Then I entered the establishment. First I met the trainer of the institute. The trainer's name is Palash sir. Palash sir took me to the training Room. There are different types of textile machines. Machines help to make a garment.This room of Fashion Design and Tenning Center has 4 lock stitch machines, 1 overlock machine, 1 button hole machine, 1 water ironing machine, 1 dye washing machine, 1 chain stitch machine, 1 double needle lock stitch machine, 1 flat lock machine. , contains 1 button attacking machine , 1 fabric cutting machine and 4 dolls. These machines are operated by Palash sir.

LOCATION

Palash sir is a very good person. Its use is very good. He can mix with everyone very easily. Palash Sir's house is in Dhaka Mirpur. He comes to Narsingdi every day from Dhaka Mirpur to take classes. He came from Dhaka by BRT bus bound for Narsingdi. The fare from Dhaka to Narsingdi is Tk 120.He comes to take classes at the Fashion Design and Tanning Center every day carrying 240 rupees. Palash sir is 54 years old. His family members are 4 people. His job is a government job. Palash sir's salary is 30000 taka. He supports his family with this salary taka. He is very good as a person. Palascher showed me each machine and analyzed their description and what they were used for.

The name of the machine is button hold machine. The machine is held for buttoning textile products. The machine has various accessories such as life, needle, needle feed, needle guard, needle plate, bobbin, and monitoring touch display.

Each machine has a powerful motor. The motors are placed at the bottom of the machine. The job of the motor is to make the machine run. The backbone of a machine is the motor. If any motor is damaged then the machine cannot be operated. That's why we use oil to keep the machine running.The use of oil is indispensable for keeping the various parts of all machines running. If not used, the machine cannot run for long. That is why Palash sir uses oil carefully in all machines.

After completing all the measurements to make the garment with the fabric. Completes trial tasks through dolls. It takes about seven machine visions to make a garment. I am very much benefited to know the use of all these machines. Palash sir explained me about the working of all the machines with great care.I learned about the use of all these machines from Palash sir for about 2 hours.
