My pleasure to share :) the landscape changes as we move from west to east. The west has much more mountains and hardly any farmland (thats why the families were poor) to more open areas with farmland. When we finally reach the end of the trail, the landscape will be more flat, large areas of farmland and big farms (the rich people lived here)
