But today, I'd like to introduce and tell you about a place that I discovered during the Easter holidays. In my opinion, it's a very beautiful place. In fact, I can say with certainty that it's one of the largest and most imposing castles in the entire region of Trentino Alto Adige. I'm talking about Castel Beseno.

Certainly, this castle is one of the most beautiful in Italy. It's beautiful, especially because it's located on a hill that dominates the Val d'Adige. This place has certainly been the scene of numerous battles and conflicts over the centuries.

On Easter day, as you can see from the photos I'm sharing with you, it was very crowded with many families and many people. I read on various informational signs that this castle was built around 1200, so it really has many years of history. However, with the numerous restorations that have been carried out over the centuries, it has fortunately arrived in good condition to the present day.

From the photos, you can also understand that it's a very popular tourist attraction because many activities, including many cultural events and performances, are organized in the inner courtyards. It's definitely a must-see stop for those visiting Trentino Alto Adige and who want to discover the rich history and culture of this territory.

Probably, it is also so popular because it is very easy to reach. Indeed, we can say that it is comfortably easy to reach this castle because there is a parking lot right next to this tourist site. In fact, it can be reached both comfortably by car and by public transport and is located right next to important cities in Trentino Alto Adige such as Trento and Bolzano.

I think that Castel Beseno is the right tourist destination for those who are passionate about history and culture, looking for a very suggestive and interesting place. The fact that this castle is surrounded by a beautiful park and that there are many paths for beautiful walks in nature around the castle makes it a very interesting and attractive place for families.

I'm sorry that when I was there during Easter, the guided tours were already full, because I would have really liked to delve more into the history of this castle. In fact, inside the castle, guided tours are available with experts in the field who also tell the many curiosities related to this castle. Moreover, the day after my visit, they were organizing numerous activities for children such as educational workshops, themed games, and animation activities to make the castle visit even more fun and, above all, very engaging for families.

There are also services inside the castle, in fact, there is a bar restaurant and also a small souvenir shop where you can take home an unforgettable memory of the day spent at the castle.
