Good morning, hopefully, everything is good. The temperature is 16 degrees Celsius. I wake up at 5:30 and prepare myself for a walk. I wear eyeglasses and masks to prevent pollen allergies. I also bring a basketball to have a drill in a vacant area near the creek. It took 30 minutes and went ahead to ichibancho park, the nearest to the dormitory. Finally, some daffodil is blossoming. It feels great because I anticipated its marvelous flowers. It has yellow and white colors and it could be found anywhere. The cherry blossoms also started to bloom and maybe next week expected to watch its full bloom. However, typhoon no.1 in Japan is approaching. It will have several rainfalls until Saturday.

I went back home at 6:30. My breakfast was bread with mayonnaise, sunny lettuce, and cherry tomatoes in Goma sauce, banana, and a cup of milk. Step by step I limit my food and tried my best to have a well-balanced diet.
We are a little busy so I am trying my best to achieve targets and minimize mistakes. And we made it well.

I drink clam soup in the afternoon. We ended at 5:40. I was exhausted and I lay down and relax. I had the same food for my dinner but I added tofu to the mozuku vinegar with seaweeds. It's my first time trying the product. It's a little bit sweet and sour and the taste is not strong. I like it and probably will try it on my next meal.
I took a bath in the evening and took my medicine before going to bed.

It's a rainy day and typhoon number one is approaching Japan. I hope it will not damage the cherry blossoms so that everybody can enjoy it. Happy Spring and have a great day everyone.
