After a day's activities, I want to feel myself to eat good food outside the house. I did this to release my tired mind and enjoy culinary tours of food in my city area of ​​Lhokseumawe.

The culinary tour that I want to try this time is SATE. Yes, satay is a typical Indonesian food. This special food is spread throughout all regions in Indonesia, including lhokseumawe, and the spices provided also vary depending on the area. Such as peanut sauce, Padang spices, and even Acehnese spices or rather SATE GEURUGOK.

I really like the geurugok satay, especially the soto sauce which is very delicious (a lot of fat) and the meat served is very sweet. I often enjoy this food to revive the spirit and energy that has been faded. I stop by this shop for satay, at least once in 2 months.

This satay meat is taken from beef, cut into small pieces and stabbed using a stick. After that, it is roasted on the coals of a burning wood charcoal. Then get a little sweet soy sauce so that the taste of this meat is fragrant and sweet. It is highly recommended to enjoy this dish while it is warm.

On the other hand, there is also a very delicious soto to be enjoyed. This soup is filled with bones and fat from the beef itself. For those of you who like bones, this is really worth a try. For the price of this soto, per portion (one plate) costs around 30,000 Rupiah, or the equivalent of 5 Steem.

Else where, there is also satay that is sold instead of using beef satay. Instead, use chicken or mutton. It depends on your taste which one you want to try, but for me personally I prefer the beef satay. Because the meat is quite large and the bite is fibrous and soft.

After enjoying this food, I decided to go back to my house. Get enough rest to recover the energy I've spent and prepare to welcome tomorrow with gusto
