RE: Flea market
Bruxism is a bad habit that can be corrected. I don't know why we do it but it is involuntary. It is a force that is done with the jaw so strong that there have been cases of dental fractures due to the force exerted on the jaw when sleeping.
I know that dentists make a splint to sleep with it in the mouth so as not to damage the teeth any more. They say that it can be problems with the teeth, with the jaw or stress of the people.
Since not everyone is doing it, I would like to know why I do it. Sometimes my jaws are painful when I wake up. :(
Your jaw hurts when you have slept and clenched your jaw too tightly. Notice that your upper and lower central teeth must have the upper part worn down and, that happens because you clench your jaw too much. It is unconscious but you can do some exercises for when you lie down to sleep.
You should not place your hands near your neck.
You should place your neck on the pillow and not just your head.
This way your jaw relaxes and you don't clench it when you fall asleep.
