Syndrome
Of course, he works alone Mr Incredible the solist but his biggest fan shows up and introduces himself as IncrediBoy. No super powers but he is intelligent and invented boots he can "fly" with. It's a no, and a no again and that's how IncrediBoy changes in Sydrome a rich and powerful (young) man focussed on destroying Mr Incredible who no longer works alone. (how to explain that).
It is unclear to me on which symptoms the name Syndrome is based. The fact Mr Incredible didn't recognized a genius or the boy grew up and wanted revenge because of Mr Incredibles behaviour (rejections)? It's hard to tell who influenced whose behaviour or triggered what exactly. If I may believe the review Syndrome didn't have the typical behaviour of a sociopath and I can't say I find Mr. incredible incredible, sympathetic and he would be my hero.
Syndrome, he's a genius with the feelings of a child which isn't beyond the truth. No matter how high the intellect is at young age or how great the inventions are on an emotional level he was a child living in a world where being a fan of a hero is normal and like we all know a child never stalks or?
