RE: Overcoming Embarrassing Situations
It's so nice to see such a long comment. Probably, your comment is more interesting than the post. XD. At least, that's what I think.
Let's start with, I had no idea that you're a girl. Of course, your nickname was a hint. But, I wasn't sure until now.
I noticed that you are more attentive to details than I am. But, I thought that you're just detail oriented person.
Anyway...
I agree with you about the fact that, embarrassment has more to do with you than the other person. A good example is when, you say something by accident in front of a crowd. Or, when you say something that should be funny. But, everyone is giving you their best poker face.
I hope that I'm replying to the question that you had in mind when you wrote the comment and not just giving you similar examples. Because, I think you are right. Or, it's just that we're both wrong and agreeing with each other. Lol.
Self-esteem?
Well, that's the only word I'd change to "self confidence".
I think, this is my longest comment ever!!!
I am not the type to agree if I don't agree and if that's the case I will say it. What's the point in leaving a comment just to say " I agree"? It adds nothing to your post and thoughts, experiences can not be discussed and there's no news or anything to learn. I like to see, hear something new. I don't kike people who always agree with me.
How can we both be wrong? 🤣 No way!
Congrats with your first long comment. It feels good right?
Btw the best comments you receive if you piss people off or talk about taboos or what keeps them busy.
I know that by now. LOL
You're right about 2 words comments. It doesn't add any value and doesn't build a connection or make a communication. It's just saying that I'm here.
I don't know. It remains a possibility. LOL
My first long comment felt really good. The only thing with that is, the moment that I clicked on "post".. It felt like I'm taking a lot of your time to just go through what I was saying over there.
I think that is used as a tactic to get engagement. Posting something that will get a lot of heat.
