Color your world with a peaceful heart
It is not easy to fill life with colors. Purifying your thoughts and mindset is essential to making your world dynamic. Without it, finding a sincere and pure heart becomes very difficult.
How can thoughts and mindsets be purified?
Hatred, jealousy, anger, revenge, malice, immorality, and dishonesty—all these negative thoughts must be cleansed. When our mind and heart are purified from this filth, do you know what happens?
At that moment, the sweetness of faith illuminates our heart.
In this holy month of Ramadan, I would like to share with you an incident from my life that added color to my otherwise colorless life. My heart bowed before my Lord.

My life is full of struggles and experiences. And from these experiences I have faced many difficulties in life. And I have been steadfast.
There came a time in my life when I realized that I have been wasting my life for a long time.
I neither prayed nor recited the Holy Quran. I was neither organized nor did I know how to manage time.
But Nimra Ahmed's novels changed my life. She is the only woman for whom my heart prays.
Her novels Jannat Ke Pattay, Peer-e-Kamil, Ab-e-Hayat, Haalim, and Namal introduced me to new paths in life.
These are only stories to say, but I don't know how many millions and millions of people, including me, must have accepted faith with a sincere heart.
I truly learned about God and His commandments through these novels. I learned how to worship my Creator—how to pray, recite the Quran, and do good deeds.
After reading these novels, it felt like a miracle had happened, and my heart bowed in prostration before my Lord.
In my life, prayer has become more important than anything else. I have found peace in worshiping God.
Nimra Ahmed separated me from a careless girl and made me think that the angels would remember me well before Allah. And I began to pray to God, that my name should be called with honor among those above.
And I feel happy doing good deeds and this thought gives me the most satisfaction that Allah will praise me on the Day of Resurrection if I do good deeds.
In Sha Allah Allah will praise me. My name will be called with honor among those above, God willing.

I would grade myself 8 out of 10. Because there are still many defects in me that I have to remove from myself. Surely no human being is perfect in this world. We have to make ourselves bound by the commands of Allah.
