Strange Nuances

on the weekend I took the time to go to the newly inaugurated Museum as a way to remember and get to know the painters who were famous in their time I as a history teacher at a high school want to know the ins and outs of the history of the art of painting, of course there are many stories that have not been revealed what the artist conveyed through his work.

Here as a teacher I try to know a lot about it as insight and to be able to provide material to school students in adding to my insight and all for my students sometimes in understanding each work painted differently without knowing the background of each artist

Sometimes the messages conveyed by artists through paintings can contradict what we see and our own perceptions of how we can express by knowing the background of the artist and the circumstances at that time many works were exhibited without any historical information only the name of the painter and the date and place only

In the morning I prepared myself for the inauguration of the Museum there were many culturalists and artists who had come to enjoy art in an amazing feast for those who love art and also with culturalists who were busy with matching historical literature with their own.

My knowledge-impoverished self just walked among the paintings on display, looking at them one by one, but not only were the best paintings on display, but each community's creativity also contributed to the event, some of which were auctioned off and the proceeds donated to the Museum.

So far there has been nothing that makes me a lot of question marks in my mind because it is still in the outer courtyard where the paintings on display that I see are still in normal things and in accordance with logic in my understanding there are some paintings that are unique and funny in my opinion with messages that are easy for us to understand

Then I stepped into the center room of the Museum with a classic feel and a very unique decoration like being in a past time with the accompaniment of soft classical music that added to the impression so harmonious with the atmosphere of the room where the paintings that are very expensive in history are so amazed when they are in the room.

This is strange to me with the present time with the progress of the times but can deliver me in the atmosphere of the past where when the artwork was made that brought my soul dissolved into it many things that I cannot express but I can feel everything as if history was repeated again how can this happen I asked my mind that I could not digest with common sense.

Then I saw that there was a room on the side guarded by Museum security I was very curious only certain people were allowed to enter there such as historians who were allowed to enter there this was strange to me by watching from a distance the more strange the guard spoke once with sign language displaying ancient ciphers of prehistoric civilizations I don't know if he is from the present day knows from another world

Then I walked up to him just asking permission to enter the room but what I experienced he spoke in a language that I did not understand finally he tried to communicate with me by using sign language using ancient gestures like servants with lords in the days of royalty I also replied as if I were the princess of a kingdom while showing an identification card

What I didn't realize was that I was allowed to enter the room and I stepped into the room I felt strange I was not like in the real world I looked at each of the paintings as if they lived communicating with each other here I was very confused whether I was experiencing an illusion or indeed mystical things were happening at first I blinked my eyes to restore my concentration

But what I experienced as the painting greeted me with disbelief this time I tried to wipe my eyes using both hands to make sure what I saw was not real only in my mind but there was no change that I experienced and I tried to return the greeting with a painting

Before I could say anything I was jolted to hear a request to leave the room on the grounds of security because the room would be visited by the president and immediately I saw the atmosphere of the room change as usual as if nothing had happened and the visitors left in an orderly manner.

And the person guarding the door was not the same person I met earlier with a sense of confusion I left the museum with many questions that I could not answer in words with the experience I experienced today. Finally, I decided to go home to write down what I experienced today while drinking tea in the afternoon.
