One of the things that gives me more confidence is that you don't have to publish a work worthy of an award, it is not the objective of the exercise. You can write from thoughts, stories, poems, anecdotes, songs or anything else you can think of in five minutes. Be creative!
You know what to do.
- Choose a message
- Set a timer to 5 minutes or use the most dangerous typing app
- Write nonstop.
- Fix whatever you want to fix
- Post your freewriting

Yesterday was really disturbing, in my mind I was just telling myself I'll be fine, calm down! Although deep down I knew he was lying to me, sometimes you can want to be positive and yet there is that feeling that you know you are not okay, that something else is going on. I am not really prepared in my life for what is coming to me, I must be strong and even so I am full of fears, there are 15 days left for the results, they are the hardest and most eventful days that I can have at this moment, what will come depends on it I just want to have faith, I mean I'll be fine, even though I still feel like I'm lying to myself! We are magnets and we attract what we think about the most, it is in us to channel ourselves to avoid so much negativity, but what do you do when deep inside your being, those words feel so false because you know that no matter how positive you are, what comes is hard!
