Simple Living High Thinking... doesn't mean

in Freewriters22 days ago (edited)

In conversation with a friend the other day it came up how bored they were.
Everyday the same thing.
Go to work.

I thought, "Yes that can be very boring."

But now I am looking more closely at what the benefits are of a routine day:

  1. It's not necessary to put a lot of thought and energy into arranging and rearranging.
    Functioning externally as if automatic.

  2. Leaves room for high thinking.
Kind of like the meaning to "simple living and high thinking."
The simple living part doesn't mean without running water.
It means a simple daily schedule.

Everyone has to perform some sort of work.

You are right that routine makes us bored but it is different from hobbies and passion

Am seeing the benefits of routine. Doesn't require so much mental energy. Leaves the mind free to think high thoughts if we practice.

But what I feel is that my routine requires mental energy because of my daily work as a public health service There are many demands regarding service quality, but in developing areas not all facilities are complete. Begitulah bagi pekerja pada pelayanan publik,

I see. Not so simple. And big responsibility. My friend who was feeling bored works in a tea shop waiting on customers. For a little while I sold flowers on a street corner. That was simple! I had plenty of time to think so many things. The work itself required practically no effort.
